I've been taking my cat, Camille, to Cat Care Clinic since she was little, and I can't say enough good things about them. Every staff member, from the front desk nurses to the doctors, is incredibly professional and kind. I tend to get anxious over even the smallest health issues Camille might have, but they always provide the most professional advice and diagnosis to ease my worries.
Camille's spay surgery was also done here, and I was so nervous at the time. However, she recovered so well—she was back to her energetic self the very next day. The team genuinely cares; even when Camille hasn’t visited in a while, they still remember her name and her little quirks.
Camille is a very timid cat, but they always manage to calm her down. When I come to pick her up, she’s always calm and relaxed, showing no signs of fear. Their responses are always timely, and I have complete peace of mind knowing that Camille is in their care.

Every single team member is amazing! From the minute you walk in you are greeted kindly by the staff. Our vet was very gentle with our cat who can be skittish at the best of times. No need to take your cat anywhere else

My cats have been going to the Cat Care Clinic for 3 years now and have always received top quality treatment. The team really knows how to handle cats. One of my cats goes crazy when she is at the vet but the team always handles her with patience and kindness. We love Dr. Neale and would highly recommend the Cat Care Clinic to any cat parent.

My kitties & I have had many positive experiences here! Dr Alex is very kind & passionate about cats. The techs & front desk crew are always super friendly and helpful. I’ve felt comfortable dropping my cats off & even boarding them here (they sent me updates & pics during my trip so I knew they were doing well). My sister referred me to the Cat Clinic after taking her cats here. One was very ill and had to be put down and Dr Alex & staff showed so much empathy and compassion during that process. We’ve now moved and need to find a vet closer to home :( major bummer. Rest assured that your pet will be in good hands here!

Great staff and Dr. My family brought our cats here 25 years ago and I just got 2 kittens. Unfortunately one got very sick, they squeezed her in and the treatment looks like it is working, I'm so grateful for the time and care they gave Penny ?

I highly recommend it. My two cats are patients and receive all the necessary care. The staff is generally punctual, helpful, and organized. Dr. Neale helped save my kitty's life.

2 star for Dr Kara Amber Lee. My cat had a complex abscess and was treated at an ER in Redmond. The ER recommended me to take my cat to our regular vet (which is Cat Care Clinic) for a follow up visit in one week to re-assess the open wounds. So here we are.
Dr Lee is not the doctor we usually see, but she was the only doctor in office that day. She is all nice and friendly, but professionally speaking she seems not quite knowledgeable, and she was quite uncertain about the next steps for my cat although she did show a lot of empathy which I appreciate but was useless.
Dr Lee asked me to take my cat out of the carrier just to WEIGH her. She did not even take any look at the wounds just because my cat was fractious. But all the reason why I took my injured cat to the vet was to have her wounds assessed by a doctor, not to have the doctor just weigh her.
And for just weighing my cat, Dr charged me $129 for “Accident or illness exam”, plus a bunch of medication that’s overcharged 5X of the price as compared to chewy.
When I asked Dr Lee if my cat needs stitches, she said she doesn’t have the expertise. And just sent us home with a total $278.95 bill with literally no exam done at all other than looking at the pictures I took.
I wish I didn’t take my cat to the vet for the “exam” and directly take her to an urgent care which could actually do a real exam.
Also the gel Dr Lee prescribed has made the wound’s condition worse. Im taking my cat to urgent care now. I highly doubt if Dr Lee is qualified as a veterinarian. I will not come back to this vet again although the front desk ladies are super nice and sweet. But I’m sorry I think the vet should hire better doctors.

Highly recommend! The staff at Cat Care Clinic have been nothing less than stellar. They are friendly, compassionate, patient and knowledgeable. Our cat desperately needed help with digestive issues and the clinic always manages to fit us in quickly and resolve the issue. They have a conservative approach and the diagnosis was spot on when another vet was rushing to do surgery without even bloodwork. Our cat is now on meds and a happy and healthy boy.

Wonderful experience. A specialized cat clinic is such a boon, it so easy and convenient to book a first appointment. The staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough and above all: cat crazy!
The building is comfortable, cat friendly and even has an adorable aquarium with real fishies for the kitties to enjoy.
Dr. Weina is very patient (I am a very new cat owner), thorough and gentle. I have left both visits feeling very confident.
I’m happy to trust Palomita to Dr. Weina’s care and expert recommendations, and eager to explore boarding options come winter. My cats health is in great paws!

I have taken my cats to this clinic for a very long time. They offer excellent care and are so kind and accommodating. We moved but I continue to drive down to Bellevue because Dr. Alex is the best! I have 2 persians who have graduate to being senior cats and trust the Bellevue Cat Care Clinic whole Heartedly. Thankful for their care❤️

I have been visiting this clinic for my cat’s health needs for more than 5 years. I like the staff there! I have visited for routine health care checks and when my car had symptoms. The doctors and nurses were nice to work with and very patient. My cat did not feel well right before our holiday vacation and the staff kept her during holidays to keep an eye on her. I strongly recommend this clinic to cat owners!

I've been taking my cats here for years and have only ever had positive experiences. One of my cats required emergency surgery a few years ago, which they handled flawlessly. They're also very good about answering questions over the phone or email when minor issues arise. I no longer live on the east side, but still make the drive over to take my cats here.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here! I’m new to Seattle and was in need of a last minute boarding reservation with medical observation for my cat. I called multiple clinics who turned me down because we weren’t established clients, but Cat Care Clinic obtained records from my vet and after reviewing approved her stay.Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing me to stop by and see the boarding area beforehand. The best (and most unexpected) part was that the sweet techs sent me pictures and a very personal text update every day or two! I was so impressed from start to finish and when the need arises will absolutely be a returning customer. Thank you Cat Care Clinic!
