Don't waste your time coming to this bank.A while ago I tried opening a bank account here and the process was laughably bad. I came in multiple times trying to open an account and each time something was wrong. They wanted proof of address. I provided a lease document (which is listed as a valid option on the Chase website). Nope, not acceptable. I provided a receipt from my utility provider. Nope, not acceptable. They said I need to wait to get a pay stub from work or a whole month for a utility bill. This does not make any sense, because PEOPLE NEED TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT ASAP SO THEY CAN DEPOSIT THEIR PAY CHECK IN THE FIRST PLACE.Not sure if Chase has stupid policies or this branch just doesn't know what they're doing. I ended up opening an account easily at Bank of America, they have better offerings too.

I only come here to generate cashiers checks for the scholarship a run. I've never really had issues with this bank in the past, but it seems like they have new employees. Something told me to wait until the bank teller that was already helping someone was available, but I went against my gut and went to the one who was available.I knew within 4 seconds of walking in that the available teller was going to give me bad service. She gave off this air that she had better things to do, and made the whole experience more difficult than it needed to be. She was also not friendly, and I felt that energy before I even got up to the counter. That one experience was enough for me to know I won't be using any services inside the bank from now on.With that said, the bank is very clean, and usually has good service. I may reevaluate this review next year.

Went in for a new credit card (in-store application has the first year cost waived) and Sophal was super helpful. I didn’t have an appointment but he was able to see me within about 5 minutes of waiting. Gave me some tips on credit cards and savings account and I walked out of the store with a new CC.

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE attempting to open a checking account with Jingwei Zang at the Bellevue Way branch. I had all of the proper paperwork required and the associate did not accept a legal document from the US State Department that is listed as an accepted document on the Chase website for opening a bank account. Need to improve the training and service at the Bellevue Way location so the staff understands when a document is listed as Chase accepted for opening a checking account, the associates will accept the document to open the bank account. Jingwei should also understand the US State Department is a real entity that represents the United States government, even if he's never seen the document before. He was also extremely RUDE on top of being INCOMPETENT. I had to drive to Mercer Island where their lovely associate quickly opened the bank account for me using the same document from the US State Department and passport.

Edit: Over 1 year later, I still stand by everything originally stated here - fantastic staff at this branch. After returning to the U.S.A. after 20 years, this branch has been a huge help in getting myself set up stateside again. I've visited two or more times a week for the past month, interacting with at least 6 different staff members. Each and every time, whatever time of day, they have been incredibly cheerful, polite and helpful no matter how big or small my needs have been. The staff at this branch exemplify what excellent customer service is about, so I thank and commend them all.

One of the best experiences I've had at any banking firm as of lately. Huge thank you to all the staff, all were extremely great people. All were helpful from the tellers to bankers, special thank you to Tamiza Rajon who had navigated me to and through the chase bank app. Thank had assisted me and had helped me compare multiple credit cards within the companies varieties to best pick out the one for me.

Cashiers have been polite to us - 4 stars. Overall staff competency and attention to detail is fairly low. Would not recommend this branch for opening accounts or services. One star.

I used to come here but the amount of litter and garbage outside in the parking lot is a key indication of everything wrong with this place. No care for the customers or neighbors.

I was scared by the 2 stars of this branch, but I went there once and found the staff there quite efficient and friendly. I think it worths more stars.

Looking at older reviews, I think this branch improved their service quality a lot over the years. I went to this branch on several occasions and they were very helpful. In my most recent visit, I went there right when the branch was closing for the day but they were still kind enough to help out. (Namely Mr Charles DeYoung and a lady who said she worked at Issaquah branch). And again today Charles helped me clear a transaction. Overall the people at this branch are helpful, polite and to the point, not wasting your time to my experience.

Are you kidding me? What the hell is wrong with clerks here? I've been here twice, once to set up deposit and another to apply for a credit card. Both time I have been treated like I am wasting their time and somehow a less dignified human being. Save yourself some emotional stress and go to the other location.
