i’ve been here a few times and every time walk away completely pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff members here. The branch manager is also extremely warm and creates a personalized experience for customers.

I had a fantastic experience here with Alicia Tseng today who helped me open a new account. The process was very smooth and easy, and I really appreciated her help and guidance as she walked me through the process + Also showed me some new features I didn't know how to use on the Chase app! Highly recommend this location!

BEWARE USING THE DRIVE UP ATM. This is my closest Chase for a cash machine and WHY are the damn things ALWAYS broken ?? The drive up ATM only works like 30% of the time, if you really need cash then you gotta drive around the building that is surrounded by trees next to a sketch commercial bldg to the walk up ATM, which can be dangerous as a woman anyway but then THAT ATM only works 70% of the time. Last week I had to walk INTO the bank like it was 1995 to get cash to pay a teen coming to do yard work. FIX YOUR ATMs Chase !! Even the drive up ATM at Southcenter was more reliable and that’s at SOUTHCENTER. Side note: the gentleman that helped get me cash was super nice, so at least the staff was sweet.

We had an excellent experience with Joe Williams, our relationship banker, who assisted us in obtaining a business credit card. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. His expertise and friendly demeanor made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend his services!

I switched from BOA to Chase in approx 2018. Have found Chase to be a must more customer service oriented. Bottom line with other back is that if have an issue the only way you can get any answers is via snail mail (via the documented find print)

Customer service has improved here quite a bit. The last few times we have been greeted when we enter and have been able to get an appointment right away.

Try getting through to this bank for customer service. Just try it. But have a stiff drink or other form of self-soothing available because it's IMPOSSIBLE. They'll send you to a website process that doesn't work (which they'll only tell you AFTER you go through the whole thing). Call back and they'll tell you to select options that ultimately just disconnect you. Try again and if they're too busy to answer the phone, they hang up on you saying "try back later" -- no hold, no voicemail, no auto callback.Unreal. They just made sure I'll NEVER be a Chase customer.

They move appointments between branches without any email or app communication and get to know it via phone. When reaching this branch they simply say no as you are late.

I tried to set up bank account there. I was taken to a private banking room from the line (I was waiting to discuss some meeting to set up bank account).I was told I should not set up bank account with Chase but to go to First Tech or Bank of America. I did as they suggested, they lost a customer. I don't think this branch is following corporate directions.Lady that told us that said she has 15 years of experience and she knows what she's doing. Well, good job Chase -- I did as official representative asked me to and set up bank account with someone else.I feel like I lost time there. Not recommend.

Top notch experience at this branch.Garrett Furuta helped me setup an account and credit card. He’s VERY knowledgeable with over a decade of experience.The other employees are polite, thanks for the coffee!

I had walked in here for some assistance with my banking and didn’t have an appointment. I was still helped and taken care of on what seemed like a very busy day at the bank, so I throughly appreciate it.
