Try getting through to this bank for customer service. Just try it. But have a stiff drink or other form of self-soothing available because it's IMPOSSIBLE. They'll send you to a website process that doesn't work (which they'll only tell you AFTER you go through the whole thing). Call back and they'll tell you to select options that ultimately just disconnect you. Try again and if they're too busy to answer the phone, they hang up on you saying "try back later" -- no hold, no voicemail, no auto callback.Unreal. They just made sure I'll NEVER be a Chase customer.

They move appointments between branches without any email or app communication and get to know it via phone. When reaching this branch they simply say no as you are late.

I tried to set up bank account there. I was taken to a private banking room from the line (I was waiting to discuss some meeting to set up bank account).I was told I should not set up bank account with Chase but to go to First Tech or Bank of America. I did as they suggested, they lost a customer. I don't think this branch is following corporate directions.Lady that told us that said she has 15 years of experience and she knows what she's doing. Well, good job Chase -- I did as official representative asked me to and set up bank account with someone else.I feel like I lost time there. Not recommend.

I had walked in here for some assistance with my banking and didn’t have an appointment. I was still helped and taken care of on what seemed like a very busy day at the bank, so I throughly appreciate it.

STAY AWAY FROM CHASE BANK. I have had so many negative experiences here. Twice in the past year, I tried to link my business account and they declined without informing me then locked my account. This caused me to miss payments, waste hours on the phone with their unhelpful overseas technical support, and I had to take a day off work to stop by in person for them to "verify" me (the banker didn't even check my ID or anything). After this whole hassle, it happened AGAIN 6 months later! I complained to corporate and never received an apology. I was planning to close my accounts but they ended up buying my refinanced mortgage so now I'm stuck with them. Today, I went in to have them certify a document for another financial transaction, and they basically told me there's no way to do it because they don't have the appropriate "stamp" and the corporate office will just reject the document if they escalate it. So there was no solution - he gave me a yellow stickie with a generic phone number to call. I left and went straight to Bank of America where I have another account and they said they could fill the form out no problem.

Unprofessional and unethical. Do not come to this branch especially if youre new to the states. The teller was incompetent. I asked if there were any issues with not having a credit history in the US and applying for credit card. He said there weren't any applied for me. It was immediately denied. He then just brushed it off when it actually hurt my credit score. Management called to apologize but failed to do anything about this.Huge huge warning that people here do not care about you at all and will likely take advantage of people who need a little more guidance

I went to this CHASE branch twice in the past 3 years (only because it is close to my home). The first time I went there 3 years ago to help my wife open a bank account, and the second time last week to help my brother open a bank account. Both times I had to talk to a banker named Alicia, and both times I had really bad experiences. The first time (3 years ago) she was very rude to us and did her best not to open a bank account for my wife (Asian-American and Physician). We ended up going to Wells Fargo right next to this CHASE branch and a polite and helpful banker there helped us open a bank account the same day without any headache in less than 15 minutes. The second time I went to this CHASE branch last week to help my brother (IT engineer, Green Card holder with SSN) to open a bank account. Unfortunately our banker was Alicia, and again she was very rude (and this time even racist). She did her best not to let my brother open a bank account there. Again we went to Wells Fargo right after visiting this CHASE branch and having a really bad experience there with Alicia, and we easily opened a bank account there the same day without any headache (and without experiencing racism)! The short version is, I went to this CHASE branch twice in 3 years, and both times I had really bad experiences with the exact same banker (Alicia). I will never go back and will not recommend this CHASE branch to anyone.

Never answer phones. Don't have enough people. Always "busy" even if it's empty. Spend more on employees and less on marketing. (Pay them better so they care).

This chase bank over lake park has the worst customer service! Check was written by bank and they refuse to cash it even though funds available. Have to open a savings, deposit, wire funds, and then close account! This is the worst bank and causes so much unnecessary work..How do banks like this stay in service.

Chase's investments are a major reason fossil fuel companies keep drilling--they are the BIGGEST global funder of the fossil fuel industry. Since the 2016 Paris Climate Accord, Chase gave the fossil fuel industry $269 billion. There’s no excuse for pipelines to keep being built or for banks to keep funding them. Chase can afford to end these investments in dirty energy. #TakeoverChase #StopTheMoneyPipeline
