Leaving this review for my mother: We drove 2 hours in traffic from Olympia Washington to visit this store because she was in town from California and has been excited to see what she could find at a Chicos here in WA. Bear in mind, she is a loyal Chicos customer and is part of the rewards program. She was a bit distraught after only shopping for twenty minutes and called me to let me know. She said that the staff were not helpful and did not offer to help her find her size or check the back to see if they could look. With the store not being busy, it just seemed like they didn’t want to help her…also my mom is in a scooter because of her injured leg. Could it have been that they did not want to help her because she was in a scooter? Safe to say it was not worth the 2 hour drive.

They had the cotton shirts I was looking for everywhere else! Love the quality of the clothing. Very friendly and helpful staff - good sized dressing rooms!
