Felt discriminated by them. They gave a normal portion to the men around me and because I am a woman I got visually much smaller portion, it was like a cat portion, even kids eat more. When I asked for extra meat workers were very rude to me, brought me to tears. I love Chipotle but this particular place is horrible, I do not recommend going there.

This place is plain horrible. We order vegetarian bowl always and they mess up 30 to 40% of the time. Many times they'll put pieces of meat! Sometimes they'll mess up other things, like if we ask for white rice, they'll give brown rice and so on. I can't believe a restaurant can mess up so often. Their way to fix it usually having us go online and request a refund. Not very helpful when you are starving. We'll never be ordering from here again. We've given enough chances to see if they'll improve but they just get worse. If they can't take their job seriously, then we aren't taking them seriously either or ordering from them.

I ordered multiple times from Bellevue and Redmond areas and so far I don't have any issues so far but couple of days before we (3) visited and ordered 3 bowls (2 chicken + 1 Veg), all the three boxes are not enough quantity food compared to all our previous orders/visits, the quantity seems just 3/4 of the bowl, so I asked the staff and manager for the same and they simply asked to connect with Support team without even taking care about why we felt that way. And I also posted the same in X (twitter) but no response from them so far.

Food is fine and not usually the issue. Ordering from the app almost always results in something missing from our order. Their system is broken so that food is never waiting on the shelf, you must always ask someone to get your food. There are always confused customers wondering where their orders show up.

Horrible Chipotle. Always slow, understaffed - very, very stingy with portions. Never going back. Treat yourself and go to one of the many Mexican trucks in Bellevue - any one of them is better than this place.

Paid for a burrito at 9 p. They closed their bathroom to customers two hours early because they didn't want to clean it again. Lazy staff.

Poor customer service .. staff seems to be in hurry all the time even when they are not busy .. when commented on portion size lady borderline insults you and increases her voice to shame you into submission. With the size of portions they add to bowl, it’s a rip off.

They CONSTANTLY forget to add the Chips I pay for when ordering delivery through the App. The last 5 out of 6 orders, the Chips were not in the bag despite being paid for. They only refunded me 1 out of 5 times. It’s really not that difficult. Please FIGURE IT OUT!

Best advice for this location is to order through app or online and then pick up.Worst and unfriendliest people ever. Don’t work in the industry if you can’t handle it. At least they all had the same attitude as a team so I can’t knock the team work?

I have never seen a chipotle that skimps more than these guys. Left hungry and Ben after paying $20. Never coming back.
