Horrible service - I opened account online on 6/21 and went to branch 6/27 when debit card didn't arrive. Teller told me card was en route and processed a deposit. 7/13 and still no debit card so I call and am told card was canceled that I would have to go to branch for further assistance. I go to branch and she tells me my address is wrong. Well I've been at same address so.... What a pain in the ass. So now I am closing my account with them due to poor customer service.

This branch gets 5 stars easily in my eyes!! Both staff members that helped me, Deanna Wilson the Client Service Specialist and the Bank Manager Paulo Rossi truly went above and beyond than they are required to do on a regular day!!! Thank you both for all your help!!

If I can give a big fat 0 star I would! Probably the rudest bank ever!!!! parked in the lot to change my baby's diaper before heading in. Bank teller comes out and tells us to leave and than we tried to go inside to ask about our bank account the door was locked. The bank teller comes out after and asked us what we wanted ( in a completely rude tone)and we told them we had a few questions. Then rude bank lady tells us we can go through the drive thru and too leave after we are done. :/. people at this bank need to learn some manners!!

It's always nice to find a helpful bank when you are away from home even when you only need help with something simple. Who we worked with was very friendly and helpful and made our visit here as stress-free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate coming back if needed!

Let me start off with that this location is great! The staff is very helpful and kind. This review is purely for the policies that that Columbia has. Absolutely incredulous. So I opened a checking account with them, only for paying off my new credit card. I am trying to build credit and have just been cashing my paychecks, and I explained this to the teller who helped me. Well I went to pay off my credit card and the credit card company (not columbia bank) does not consider checking accounts an accredited way of payment. So they (the CC company) took my money, and now my credit card is on hold. BUT to verify I made the payment, they had to call my bank with me on the line. Well lovely Columbia bank refused to verify my payment with a 3rd party on the phone. I told them that I was okay with the 3rd party being on the phone and told them that my money was already taken out of my checking account, and the lady very rudly kept telling me that they will not help me with a 3rd party on the line. I DONT CARE, is this what you call customer service? are you f*cking serious? the money is already out of my account and paid to the credit card company, but they (cc company) will only listen to the people at the bank to verify it was actually paid. I asked if there was any other way that I could have this hold lifted and they (CC company) said that the bank (columbia) would have to respond with a fax... A FAX which takes 30 seconds and the lady from the bank told me it would TAKE DAYS for them to send it out. Thank you columbia for really helping your customer out. Now I feel scammed by the CC Company and your lack of willing to help that I can actually have access to MY MONEY. Which you so eagerly took it to set me up with an account and so eagerly gave it away when i made a payment with the CC company Today is the 6th and now I have a hold on my account until the 11th. I need gas and food between then.

This is a really nice bank--in every location. I've been banking with Columbia for years. My biggest criticism is they have very few locations in the area. Redmond is the next closest, and ATMs are only at the bank locations themselves. The service is posh and warm, and the tellers remember me. I like how the interior is open with desks you can sit at, instead of the clinical privacy kiosks most banks have. They'll answer questions and deal with customer service issues. Opening accounts, making deposits, is easy. I've had a car loan through them too. If I show up in the drive through with a check and no deposit slip, they're perfectly friendly about helping me.
