I went to see, Dr. Dean A. Burnett, for a root canal procedure, which my regular dentist have recommended.Not only I had a wonderful experience of a care free procedure, meaning1) the root canal was completely filled and2) avoided required further treatment due to infection,he was an excellent doctor. He was very thorough. precise, you can tell right away that he is a first class, and highly takes pride in his craft. I could see why he can attract fantastic people work along with him.And that is what had experienced first hand with his office manager.She was very knowledgable, very patient and kind. Even when my insurance failed to deliver they were there for me.Therefore, if you need a root canal, and you come across with Dr. Dean A. Burnett, relax, calm down, take a breather and know that you will be with a marvelous, fabulous and an awesome doctor.

I highly suggest going elsewhere for any type of dental procedure. I had Dr. Burnett perform a routine root canal last year that he absolutely botched. After seeing another specialist because I no longer had any confidence in Dr. Burnett's ability (which he attempted to talk me out of doing), I was informed that he had destroyed the structure of my tooth during what the specialist said was the worst root canal he had ever seen. To make things worse, Dr. Burnett took no responsibility for his mistakes, claiming that he was not at fault and providing no compensation. In order to save the tooth, over the last 9 months I've spend nearly $4,000 out of pocket, and will need a full implant sometime in the next 5 years. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I have gone here for a variety of operations and I can easily say Dean is the hands down the best dental professional I have seen (And I've seen alot.)Not only does he do great work, but he's got a kind and steady personality. Personable, and easy to talk to. I actually look forward to coming here for dental work!

I especially appreciate Dr Burnett's attention and concentration. There was no chit chat, hurry or other distraction. Very professional, patient and kind. Very accessible.
