I wanted to check out the business and start a new membership. When I stopped by, the doors were locked during business hours and a lady inside would not let me in. Next, I tried their customer service line which is in Denver. After waiting on hold a few minutes, I decided this place doesn't need new customers.

Appalling treatment and lack of basic decency. My wife arrived 9 minutes early for the session—just 1 minute short of their 10-minute rule—only to be denied entry. The receptionist refused to open the door, forcing her to stand outside in the cold during a wind advisory. There was no empathy, no flexibility, and no regard for basic human decency.
This experience was dehumanizing and unacceptable. I understand policies, but enforcing them with such rigid indifference to a person’s well-being speaks volumes about the values of this business.
If you value being treated with respect, I strongly advise against using their services. No one should have to endure this kind of treatment.

I went today for the inversion workshop with Eric & Eric teaching the session. My usual studio is in Hawaii and I love how corepower is consistent no matter which studio you go to. I loved the inversion workshop it was very helpful for my practice as I have only done crow pose up until this workshop. I was able to do all postures using the wall today which I was very happy about. Great directions on how to safely get into the various inversions by the instructors. Thank you for an amazing workshop it felt very supportive and inclusive to all levels and experience with inversions. I hope to have more workshops offered here as it is helpful to further our practice! Thanks again!

The instructors are great. The studio is clean, parking is free. Showers are abundant. And yoga is wonderful. This is my happy place.

Was a minute late and locked out.
edit: response to owners - ok, well look at all your 1 star reviews. Doesn’t look like this policy is preserving your clientele’s satisfaction. Literally one minute late. For such an expensive class I would appreciate a refund.

If I could give this place zero stars, I totally would. I was a few minutes late and I tried to join in discreetly, and instead of a simple “no worries,” I got a lecture. It was super frustrating, since I am the one paying for the class! All my good vibes were completely ruined by this. I won’t be coming back—there are way better studios out there that actually care about their customers. Save your money!

I arrived just a few minutes late for my class I was denied entry. The instructor interrupted the class to confront me, and the situation only escalated as I tried to explain my circumstances. Honestly, it felt like the instructor was more interested in enforcing arbitrary rules than fostering a supportive environment. It's frustrating to pay money for a class and not be allowed in due to a minor delay, especially when biggest disruption to the class is the instructor themselves. This experience left a sour taste, and I won't be returning. If you're looking for a place that values customer experience and empathy, look elsewhere.

Was late three minutes and the lady at the front said I could still probably go in, but when I went to the yoga room the instructor literally came to the locked door to tell me I was too already and couldn’t go in ?? if you’re going to interrupt your class just to tell me I can’t come in for the class I reserved why not just let me in at that point?? ? No wonder this place has so many bad reviews about the late policy… their lack of flexibility for those who are only slightly late is quite unfortunate. Would not recommend doing yoga here

Arrived late for a class that only had a few students and the lady at the front desk not only wouldn’t let me in, spoke to me in such a condescending tone saying it would be “distracting” to the very few students. It would’ve been less distracting if she spent less time arguing with me and just let me quietly walk into the back of the class. It’s no wonder this location has such low enrollment. If I were a middle aged white woman, I would’ve been treated differently and probably would’ve been able to join the class

A very nice studio with excellent teachers. Very approachable classes for beginner or intermediate students. Not the best for advanced yogis.

I’ve been going to corepower regularly, but this is the worst experience. Late policy is horrible. I was late for 3 minutes and they did not allow me to get into the studio.
