Loved this hotel! It is very clean, service was excellent and gym is outstanding!!! The location is perfect, at walking distance you have restaurants and shops. Laundry is also available ($2), which allowed me to take clean clothes on the rest of our trip.

Pros:
1. Location:
Centrally located in Bellevue, it’s close to several attractions like Bellevue Square, Meydenbauer Center, and nearby tech campuses. It’s a convenient base for both business travelers and tourists.
2. Comfortable Rooms:
Rooms are spacious, modern, and equipped with comfortable beds, mini-fridges, and workstations. The soundproofing ensures a quiet stay despite its downtown location.
3. Amenities:
• Indoor Pool: A great option for relaxing after a busy day.
• Fitness Center: Well-equipped for a decent workout.
• Free Wi-Fi: Reliable and fast for working or streaming.
4. Dining:
The Bistro offers decent breakfast and dinner options, including Starbucks coffee. For those who prefer dining out, there are plenty of nearby restaurants to explore.
5. Service:
Staff are friendly, accommodating, and quick to address any concerns.
6. Parking:
While parking is available, it’s a bit expensive. However, this is typical for downtown hotels.
Cons:
1. Price:
On the higher end, but reasonable given its location and amenities.
2. Limited Dining:
While The Bistro is convenient, the menu options are limited.
3. Traffic:
Bellevue downtown can get congested, especially during peak hours, which may impact accessibility.
Overall Rating:
• 4.3/5: A solid choice for business travelers and short stays, offering excellent comfort, service, and a prime location. However, dining variety and parking costs might be drawbacks for some.
Rooms: Such clean rooms
Walkability: Near by Amazon blueshift office

Service was quick and efficient, probably the fastest check in and check out I have experienced.
But I was unfortunate to be given room 312, which is right behind the lift, so you will hear the lift knocking and cracking sound throughout the day, and it's bad for light sleeper (I was lucky that I'm a deep sleep so I'm OK with that). With that, I can't give full 5 star. the room was clean, but there are basically no amenities like toothbrush, and water needs to be paid separately.
Location is alright, but it's a bit of a walk to Bellevue Square to access any convenient store or supermarket. Plus point is that it's right next to highway.

This summer, we chose to stay at the Courtyard Bellevue while moving because we had many belongings in our truck. One of the key factors in our decision was their advertised secure parking garage, which we believed would help keep our vehicle and its contents safe. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case.
While we were there, the hotel was painting the concrete near the garage entry/exit and left the gate open overnight to allow the paint to dry. That single lapse in security gave someone the opportunity to enter the garage, break into our truck, and steal approximately $4,000 worth of belongings.
We understand that parking is generally at our own risk. However, Courtyard Bellevue advertised a secure parking garage, and we relied on that in choosing their property. At a minimum, they should have notified guests that the gate would be left open or taken reasonable precautions, like hiring a temporary security guard. The garage is small—around 50 spaces—so monitoring it overnight would not have been a major challenge.
When I reported the incident to the staff, they were polite and helpful but clearly focused on distancing the hotel from any liability. They filled out an incident report and told me to file a police report, which I did. However, I later learned that the Bellevue Police Department never received the security footage from the hotel, making it harder to investigate and recover our stolen items.
To recap:
1. Courtyard Bellevue advertised a secure parking garage.
2. They left the gate open overnight for maintenance without taking steps to secure it or notifying guests.
3. Despite my report, the Bellevue Police never received the necessary video footage from the hotel.
This experience has left us deeply disappointed with Courtyard Bellevue. While we previously chose Marriott properties for the value they offer, this incident and the lack of proactive measures to prevent or respond to the theft have made us reconsider our loyalty.

Parking is a total scam here- front desk agents after dark vacate the desk, during the day the desk agents are entirely uninformed and defensive of the parking scam they’re running. They make no conspicuous disclosures that parking is an additional $30 per night per car

Front desk staff was very thoughtful during our stay. We stayed here for our anniversary and received a wonderful gift and upgrade to a beautiful view. Definitely will be staying here again!

Nice place. Usually more than I pay. Location, close to Overlake Hospital, was critical. But it is Marriott and Bellevue pricing.
Walkability: Easy downtown access from Bellevue Square to Overlake Hospital walkable.

When planning to attend the Bellvue Chocolate Festival 🍫, the most convenient hotel is the courtyard.

Rooms are acceptable, location is nice enough, but do NOT stay here if you want or need reliable internet. In my two week stay I did not have a single day where my internet/wifi was stable for more than a few minutes at a time.
