The sales associates at this location of Crate and Barrel are very nice and helpful but I bought a large food processor last week from this store, which they brought one for me in the box from the back. I assumed it would be an unopened one, until I got home and found otherwise. I believe I was sold a returned item which was missing its booklet at minimum.Tired and disappointed (after hauling a heavy box to my car across the mall) I called the store hoping for a solution that would be possible without having me to go back to the store. I was hoping they would email me a return shipping label and ship me a replacement item while I ship the open box item from a nearby UPS or Fedex back to their wear house, but they said I had to go back to the shop to do the exchange.I did so and I am still waiting for the replacement Item to arrive to me since they did not have another one in the store.

Worst experience with a store manager. Attempted to return an item 49 days after purchase. Was unaware of their hard 30 days policy. The store manager, Sawyer, was incredibly rude.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered all my curtain rods from here last year and those were mostly ok. I decided that I needed one more set so ordered that In store. Curtain rods arrived with missing parts. Customer service asked that I go into the store to figure it out since it was a store pick up. Fine, did that. In the store they asked me to email the store customer service and I would hear back in 48 hours. Never heard back. Emailed them multiple times but no response. I reached out to CB customer support again via phone and got a replacement - that had missing parts too. I was asked to go into the store AGAIN. I was later told that since the order is over 30 days, I am not eligible for returns. I reached out to them within the 30-day period but haven’t been helped till now, so it’s basically my fault. Overall terrible experience with this brand. Never shopping with them again.

This is a great place for furniture and kitchen ware. Top floor is furniture and down below is where you’ll find things like kitchen supplies, table settings, dishes, napkins, table decorations, stuff like that. You’ll get great quality with crate and barrel but you’ll be paying quite a bit for it.

Fun shopping and browsing experience while waiting for a interview. I found the mortar and pestle I thinking I want but still looking around. Staff is nice and knowledgeable about merchandise.

Just wanted to give one of the employees at this location an honorable mention. We had an awesome conversation with Stephanie about the espresso machines. She was super knowledgeable about how the machines operated and took time to educate us on the science behind brewing the perfect espresso shot. I loved that she was present and patient. I’d go back to this store just to see how she’s doing.

Long long time customer, first time returning a gift. I crate and varrel wants to loose customer over lack of gift receipt even though product has crate and barrel bar code. New store policy for bellevue location.

My go to store for all things home! The staff is always so helpful. Store has decent collection of furniture etc so you can go see for yourself before ordering online. Also impeccable pickup service.

I went there to check out their bar glasses and their dinner plate collection and they some interesting pieces. I was looking for cup & saucer. They have limited items, but I could pick something g for me.The staff were very friendly and they went out of their way to help the customer.They have lot of interesting kitchenwares, if you are in the market to upgrade your kitchen , this should be a spot you don’t want to miss.

I had been a regular customer to Crate and Barrel. I personally like the collection.But, at store not many have good knowledge on the items they have. Only couple of good expert associates for the entire store.One of the furniture that I received was damaged, and when asked for a fix. No proper response from the team.

I went to return something and the manager called Mike was a rude racist. I was shocked. Shame on you and your management to allow you to disrespect customers like that. I will never return to this store ever again. I grew up in the US and he told me “maybe in your country”. I also speak English with no accent.REPLY: no Tiffany. An online order return was refused by your store manager in a very rude and inappropriate manner. I ended up shipping it back to CB online. I will never step foot there and i hope others don’t either. Racism has no place anywhere!!!!!! Mike you know exactly what you said and how you said it. The color of your skin doesn’t make you better than anyone. Don’t forget that.

I was being helped by a lovely young lady who introduced herself as Emily T. She was very inviting and knowledgeable, and I was disturbed by what seemed to be her manager, Sawyer, talk down to her, even swear, in front of employees and customers to such a sweet lady. I don't know what was going on but it was very hard for me to watch such mistreatment of an employee.
