Pharmacist are rude and grumpy to the customers. They don’t give the med that the doctor prescribed and just say that the insurance does allow it, which is a BS.

Have used the photo service numerous times and never had a good experience. I order things online and then I get to the store and they say they don’t have the product. The photo area is always a mess with packages everywhere and they can never find my order. Recently I got an email saying my order was ready. I arrive and they say it’s not ready. I always end up with my time being wasted. The staff aren’t very helpful or apologetic in situations like this. I’ve also had to spend time walking around the store trying to find someone to help me. Why have a photo service if you can never get your items ?

This pharmacy was impossible to get a hold of. The medication wasn't even covered by insurance. What a waste of time.

they take a very long time to develop film photos. i sent in my disposable cameras over a month ago and there has been no response. I checked multiple times. i do no recommend using CVS to develop film pics. I’ll be trying target/walmart next time. i do hope my pics aren’t lost…

Parking is really not convenient for this store you have to walk all the way around the building to get to the entrance of the store. I needed to buy toothpaste and allergy medication and nobody was available to unlock so I went elsewhere.

Hilariously rude pharmacist.
Me: “I used [different pharmacy] in the past and this prescription was $10. Can you help me understand why the price at CVS is $150?”
Pharmacist: “Tell you doctor to send your prescriptions to your old pharmacy then. Here the price is $150.”
No problem with price per se (probably some generic vs original), but other pharmacists were polite and helped me understand what determines the price.

I see a few pharmacy reviews here, but this is exclusively a review for the store itself. The staff at the checkout counter are nice, helpful, and even talkative at times. If you need household goods, or food quick, this place has it ready.

After failed attempts at getting my passport photo taken at two different Walgreens today, I came to CVS and was helped immediately and had a new passport photo in under five minutest thanks to Catherine. Definitely recommend for passport photos over Walgreens!
