Heavenly. They've always got that random home good or accessory you didn't know existed and simply can't find anywhere else!

Not entirely sure why but they make you put your drinks and any food upfront and I can be forgetful sometimes so it just feels like money wasted when I end up leaving without it. It also says everything is a certain price unless marked but sometimes things are misplaced or the tag is just had to locate and you end up paying maybe a somewhat unexpected price. It's also somewhat inconvenient that they don't have contactless pay and ask for cash or card. Nonetheless, I still love the place. It's got some amazing items -- quality stuff animals, nonexpensive skincare/makeup, yummy snacks, cute utensils/kitchenware and stationary.

In addition to all of the interesting Japanese knick knacks that are fun to look through there are also many useful everyday items. I was looking for some double sided tape and first went to Jo Ann fabrics where I found a Scotch tape for $4.99. Thinking I might get a better deal at Michaels I crossed the street. There I found it for $7.49, same roll! I decided to check out Daiso. They had several different sizes to choose from and I picked one out for $1.79!

Poor customer service; very transactional. Not all products are Japanese & it's not the same selection as in Japan. Everything is marked up by 50% or more & they don't allow any returns even if immediately, unopened, & perfect condition!

Interesting assortment of odds and ends, kitchen gadgets, other gadgets, little things that you just want as you pass by. Their decorations aren't much, and they have oddly phrased english phrases printed on many things (native English speakers didn't design the phrases.)

I like daiso but NOT this location.KIDS ARE NOT WELCOMED!!! This is the most kids-unfriendly store ever!!!!A male sales staff told me to watch my 3 year old kid (who was only couple steps away from me) as he dropped a stuffed animal on the floor when he pulled one out. The staff said their stuffed animals are quite expensive ($5-$15) and shouldn't be touched by kids. However they put them on the low shelves and there wasn't any " do not touch" sign. I would not go back anymore.

They got a little bit of everything. Imo quality is better than a dollar store. They got a selection that goes from snacks to home supplies

There is no 0 star, but they have some specific policy with no-return-no-exchange. And this is the store in USA, not in Japan or any other country.I will try to avoid as much as possible unless I am sure about the product with perfect dimensions and which I am not going to exchange just for size.

We always come here and usually customer service is good but not today. The cashier Calvin was not professional as he was scanning our items. He was so careless dropped one item and I told him that I will exchange it because I'm pretty sure it broke. Attitude and all. Blah.

Whole store smells like a bathroom. Long waits at counter. They also don’t take mobile pay. Staff is nice but just go to uwajimaya.

Probably the best and largest Daiso in the region. Well stocked and organized. Just be warned, it's always busy with lots of people during the weekends.
