The salespeople, especially Cintli, were outstanding -- very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. The installer was excellent. He encountered a big problem with the adhesive used on the previous floor but resolved the issue. My new floors look wonderful. I am very happy we worked with them and highly recommend them.
