Probably the best one I've been to - truly excellent service (they proactively ask if customers need assistance and everything is neat and tidy - the opposite of a typical Dick's experience!) with a good selection (especially baseball and apparel).

Do not buy anything from this store! They refused to return even within 30 days after you purchase.
Bought one Nike running shoes for my daughter on 5/14, the cashier told me I could return the shoes within one year after purchase, BUT when I returned the shoes yesterday 6/8 within 30 days from the purchase date, they rudely refused to return them. Dick's is lying to customer for their return policy.
Actually my daughter only wear one time for the running shoes, condition is pretty new. This is the only retailer that refused my return for all my past purchase, will never come back to DICK's!
If DICK's keeps doing this, they will lose customer and close soon! There is few customer shopping in this store, that is the reason why they refuse to return any sales, DICK's is dying, do not shop here!

This is heaven for fitness lovers. I have grabbed a few dry fit tees and shorts from here for my running routines. The products are serving me well. I will certainly look out for products from more.

They will try to find any excuse to refuse a refund. They are so very desperate to make every sale count. So think about a purchase long and hard before you get it. I'll wait over a week for something online to arrive and not even think about this place.

Natalie was the best help I could’ve asked for! I was searching in the owala section because I had no idea what to get for my friends birthday, and she gave 110% of her attention! Give that girl a raise! This was some of the best customer service I’ve received in too long.

Pretty much my least favorite Dick's location ever. I don't bother going here any more. Mostly what they carry here is sports fashion and overpriced water bottles. Couldn't even find a pair of hiking boots last time I was in.

My 3 year toddler wanted to use the restroom while we were looking for helmet for her biking, then we found passcode is required. I asked multiple stuff for the passcode and got the same answer “I can call someone to go over and let you in”. The toddler waited for 6 mins and could not hold anymore and started to cry, in the middle I asked two stuff if you have called and someone is coming and got yes, I was shocked that someone inside the store need more than 1 mins to come over. I understand the concern but there needs to be exception right?
I ended up holding my toddler and sprinted to the restroom in the food court….
Such a reasonable rule here, such great employee obeying the rule, such good user experience!

Very poor experience. The store refused to take back the return for a kid's bike helmet inspite tags and labels all intact. That to within 2 days. On top store staff outright lie, that we had told you while purchasing. I would never go back here again. I will take my chances with Amazon.

I just had the worst customer service experience in my life I will never ever back to this store I literally asked for a pair of basketball sneakers and it took 45 minutes just to receive it. I get that they’re understaff but I went in there on a Monday this is so unacceptable. I don’t understand how this place is open I wouldn’t give this place a 1 star review it deserves a 0 star review very shameless.

I strongly advise against purchasing sports shoes from this store. Their return policy is the worst. Both Manager Lizette and Rush were unprofessional. Instead of asking for my name and how she could help, Lizette asked, "Is it her?" The managers need to work on their customer service skills!
