My son Joe is an assistant Manager here, and they really care about their customers as well as the employees this location is one of the best in Washington State! So if you need new tires, wheels, or free air check or free flat tire fix, or maybe you're not sure and have questions these guys will definitely do a great job! Amazing customer service from Jackson, he helped me out tremendously and helped me get new tires that fit in my budget to keep me safe on the roads. Incredible team and I was in and out in under an hour. By far the best experience I’ve had with anything related to my car.

If you think you’re saving money, you’re not. Waste of time thinking i could get a better price and experience than anywhere else. Called in to place a set of tires on hold and then dropped my wheels off. They said verbally everything is fine and I didn’t think to mention any info as they are experienced with tires and wheels, I guess I was wrong. Three hours later I receive a phone call telling me they can’t install a smaller tire width to a slightly larger wheel width. They said it was industry standard. Extremely passive aggressive customer service, extremely low maintenance customer service, had no hussle moving a long line of waiting customers as they chit chat. I got up to the manager who aggressively told me to wait while he answered the phone. I told him I’m here for a refund and he treated me like crap for not compromising changing tire sizes after letting him know Les Schwab always handles my needs. He then finally got my refund processed after 25 minutes and said I hope you found another place to install tires for you passive aggressively and I said i mentioned I’m going back to Les Schwab and it was a mistake I chose discount for a change. All in all terrible experience, wasted my whole day waiting for tires when I never got anything, crap customer service, crap manager, they’ll miss lead you and treat you like a discount.

Called for an appointment to rotate my tires ended up buying a new tire. Almost two wheels and wipers. Waiting time was short I guess for the day and time of the visit. Really knowledgeable about what need to be done.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist, Brian, today when I stopped by to check on my inflated tire. I was running late for my 5:30 PM appointment, so I called at 5:45 to ask if I could still come in. The person who answered the phone was very kind and told me that if I arrived by 6:00 PM, they could still take a look.
However, when I arrived at exactly 6:00, Brian was extremely rude and dismissive. After discovering that they couldn’t find the wheel lock key to remove the tire, he flatly refused to schedule a new appointment for me and said bluntly, “Go to the Mini dealer to get the key. We can’t do it without the key.”
I insisted on making an appointment, and only then did he reluctantly schedule one for me—but not without repeatedly telling me that I’d need to cancel it if I couldn’t find the key. His attitude throughout the entire interaction was cold, unhelpful, and unprofessional.
I will not be returning to this store again. The lack of basic courtesy and customer care was truly disappointing.

Nashon is very knowledgeable and smart. The entire crew are very friendly and they work extremely fast. Impeccable service and job well done. I randomly stopped by this store and I was truly amazed.

The worst tire store in the Northwest. I had a simple winter tire change on a Volvo and they couldn’t balance a tire and added a pound of weight pellets to try and counter what their out of calibration machine or inept technicians missed. Volvo of Seattle, who I took it to to fix since the clowns at discount are not to be trusted, said it was the craziest thing they’ve ever seen. Do not take your car to these guys.

Exceptional service! I was a walk in and Jackson was able to squeeze me in to get my damaged rim swapped to a new one. They promptly serviced my car and I was out in under an hour. Highly recommend this location!

I wanted to take a minute to share an experience that went from a negative to a positive. I had one tire on my BMW X5 that was lower than the rest so I went to Discount Tire where I had bought the set. They quickly found a very small nail but I didn't have time to wait so they added air and I came back later that week with an appointment. Long story short, they listed me as a drop-in when they checked me in which wasted an hour, bummer. When I came back the following day they fixed the flat but had an issue with one of the lug nuts which they ended up losing. I had to take the X5 elsewhere to get it corrected. The manager Ryan Docherty was very professional all along the way and credited the extra expense I incurred. Thank you Ryan and the Discount Tire Team.

I had a flat tire that was not repairable. But thanks to the staff at Discount Tire they were able to recommend new tires and able to get my car in very quickly. Thanks to the team for replacing the tire and doing a great job
