No matter how cheap they quote u, stay far away from Discount Tire because they damaged my custom rims and destroyed my son's hubcaps. Super disorganized and understaffed "business" makes them [too] rough when handling customer property. Workers are not properly trained on caring for customer property. Discount Tire is only useful to me for price-matching at other tire centers.

I Bought 4 Rims for $1,000...went to get them put on & Was told to come right now & It Would Take About An Hour. So Got there & Was Made To Wait. Car Set Up On Rack With No One Working On It. Finally After Lying About The Time They Put My Rust Lugs (16) of them back on My car , Keeping My New Ones. I Complained To Corporate Office and a Guy From There Name Christopher Promised To Make It Right & Send Me A Check ✅...That Was Over 2 Weeks Ago after telling me 7-10 Days! So Now I Got To File A Complaint With BBB & Attorney Generals Office. I Am A 68 Year Old Black Senior Female Citizen who have Spent With This Company.

What a disaster... Bought tires through tirerack and had them delivered here for install. Once installed the TPMS was throwing errors saying all pressures needed to be checked as the TPMS was reading zero. Pointed out the issue to a rep from Discount and they insisted all I needed to do was drive on the tires for a bit and the TPMS would recalibrate. Didn't bother explaining why they thought that or do any other basic checks like checking tire pressure, despite acknowledging he was concerned about the air level of the tires. I tried to ask more questions and he just walked away. After driving 10 miles, the TPMS is still giving warnings and reading different tire pressures than what a pressure gauge reads. After checking the tire pressure myself I found 2 were overinflated, 1 was under inflated, and another was right on the margin of being okay. Now that I've inflated the tires correctly, I'm taking my car to a competent place to fix the TPMS and will pursue a refund from Discount.

I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for nearly 20 years, starting at this location, then moving to Seattle, and finally returning here for the past several years. My experiences have been uniformly positive throughout this period. The service quality at Discount Tire reminds me of the exceptional staff at In-N-Out Burger, showcasing the company's knack for hiring outstanding employees. In recent years, I've not only purchased new tires but also invested in the warranty, which has come in handy for replacing one or two tires. The benefit of complimentary tire rotation is also noteworthy, a service for which dealerships usually charge. This particular Discount Tire location stands out for its exemplary service, consistently going the extra mile. The free tire pressure check is a cherry on top. I find giving a $2 tip to the staff more rewarding than paying a gas station for the same service having to do it myself.

The guys are very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Went to get my tires checked for a slow leak and they were able to get it fixed in no time. Will definitely be back there when it's time to change my tires. Based on the prices I saw, they're hard to beat.

Had to wait 10 days for an appointment. They put the wrong size tires on my car. I asked them to put the old tires in the back and they forgot. Waiting in line almost 30 minutes while they took orders on the phone. This place is very disorganized!!

I really appreciate this shop. Over the years, they have taken care of my tire needs. The price is always fair. Today, I had an appointment. They were right on time, took care of my leaking tire quickly, and had no charge. Thank you, team.

I recently had an experience at Discount Tire that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The primary issue revolved around a mix-up with walk-ins and scheduled appointments, causing confusion and inconvenience during my tire service.I believe there is a need for improved coordination between walk-ins and scheduled appointments to ensure a smoother and more efficient customer experience. I don't recommend this location ...and will not visit in future.

Went there in September with a front tire sound. Nice guys looked and found no problem. When leaving I saw the front hub cap was missing. Surprised they didn’t say anything. Went back in and asked where it was? They said they broke it and would send it to me. Now it’s December and still no part. Half the time I call they claim there is no manager to deal with.

I made an appointment because my front tire was leaking air. When they checked my car I was told that my tire was worn out and it’s no longer safe to drive. So I purchased one tire because for some reason my rear tires are still good and the left front tire is still okay. I told them that I already have a friend who has a dealership ordered new tires for me so I just wanted to replace the bad one asap. I waited about 1.5 hours for them to replace my tire. Next morning my new tire was completely flat.? I called discount tire and told them about what happened, I was a bit irritated because I couldn’t even drive my car back to their shop. Thankfully I managed to put air in my tire so I could at least drive my car back to the shop without having to tow it. They helped me right away when I arrived, 30 minute later they told me that my wheels is cracked that’s why the air was leaking. But they couldn’t repair my wheel so they suggested I call wheel repair shops. Long story short I ended up buying a set of wheels but I had to order them because they don’t have em in stock. Frank installed a temp wheel while I wait for the new ones. Frank was really helpful and very kind. He provided a better solution and delivered excellent service. My experience wasn’t perfect but Frank helped me big time. He is knowledgeable he knows what he’s doing and I like the fact that he puts his customers safety as a priority.Frank, thank you for going above and beyond! I am very grateful.

Went to Bellevue Discount Tire. Long wait without an appt. Purchased tires that needed to be ordered. Was told whoever sold me my last tires sold me tires for an electric car. I don't have an electric car! I will only shop at discount tire. I've purchased tires from Costco that were put on backwards and from my local mechanic that sold me the wrong type of tire. They are short staffed but knowledgable. Tires are super important and I'll only shop at tire stores - I've learned my lesson twice.

I have been here a few times and my experience has been good. They provide free tire air check and fix a flat tire for free. The price for new tire is also very reasonable.Their turn around time is also quick and they accommodate walk-ins.

Good place to get your tires filled. The wait was insanely long. We ended up being tied to the shop for over 7 hours. They wouldn't allow us to leave and return an hour and a half before the estimated time that they would get to the car, which is ridiculous. There was no reason to make us sit in the shop for 7 plus hours, and then wait 30 more minutes from the estimated time for them to finally get the car in. The car was sitting in the same spot we parked it in for almost 8 hours. What would the big deal have been if they allowed us to leave say for 5 hours and come back. It was so busy there was no chance they would get to our car within the first 6 hours. I wish they didn't have to make the process so unbearable not allowing you to leave.

I have bought tires at this store for over 30 years; they never disappoint. On November 2, 2023, my "check tire pressure" warning light came on. I immediately went to Discount Tire where employee "Julia" added the air where needed. After driving around for 30 minutes (per her recommendation), the annoying warning light would not go off. I went back to Discount Tire where Julia eventually solved the problem, but not without her having to look thoroughly through my lame manual and then having to look up on Google what buttons to push in my MINI to get the warning indicator light to shut off---not even Lake City MINI could solve the problem over the phone without me having to bring my car there; but Julia didn't give up. She continued to service the other customers who were also in line for their pressure check all the while trying to fix my problem.Problem solved...Kudos to Julia!!!

This place is cheap but I would avoid it at all cost. I rarely write negative reviews but I don't want my Yelp community to experience what I have experienced. I came here a month ago to get my tires changed and knowing I have tricky tires (front and rear have different tires and pressure requirements), I took a proactive role to bring it up with the front desk folks- two different guys. I also mentioned it with the PM person, the guy in between the actual folks installing and the front desk. I thought I should be covered, they won't miss it. To my surprise they did after I drive off the lot and did a test- the pressure was a lot lower than recommended. Fast forward, I m here again. My new tires lost a lot of pressure on one side and had to have them check. Since appointment is at least 2+ weeks out, I came in with my work laptop anticipating some wait coming in at 10:30. The front desk person checked me in and said an hour and at latest, 1.5 hr. It is 2pm after 3.5 hours wait, they told me they will have it done at 4pm as there are 18 cars before me when at 10:40 it was 12 cars before me !!!????I m very confused. Anyway, their lack of communication and transparency is shocking and inconsiderate. The price is good if you have plenty of time to wait and expect inconsistent quality.
