The doctors are great (although they're retiring in June) but the office staff and followup is terrible. It's very difficult to get to a live person through their phone tree and I've never once had them call back after leaving a voicemail. Choose option 1 for existing patient then option 1 for scheduling. Don't bother with any of the other options. When dr Bardman and Dudetsky retire I'm switching clinics. Good excuse to finally move to a practice that follows up with their patients.

After having been a patient of Dr Bardman for over 5 years I had decided to leave the practice due to the fact that Dr Bardman had become increasingly dismissive & careless within her recommendations and care for my health. First she was dismissive with my concerns for high cholesterol and told me I just needed diet change. I then sought out the care of a cardiologist who ran a coronary calcium test which proved I have a family history of high cholesterol thus rendering me in need of medication as diet alone would never be able to bring the cholesterol down by itself. Then 5 months ago I had brought it to Dr Bardman's attention that I was concerned about sudden unexplained weight gain with no lifestyle/diet change to explain it other than having taken the medication for my cholesterol. I had also experienced recent extreme edema in my legs while traveling that did not resolve itself upon landing and then was feeling extreme exhaustion as if jet lag had never resolved itself after my return. She recommend I take hot tea baths & would prescribe an SSRI for anxiety and then suggested I seek the care of a psychiatrist for my concerns on the weight gain. I told her I did not feel that I needed an SSRI Though When I questioned her decision making she pushed further for me to seek psychiatric care . I Then chose to remove myself from this practice and found a new doctor who then ran a full panel of blood test and discovered that my hormonal count was off and I was in full blown menopause & that I tested positive for for EBV ( Epstein-Barr virus) which fully explained the extreme exhaustion and the edema and the weight gain was most likely due to a combination of my estrogen being off with having entered menopause and having Epstein-Barr virus on top of it all . Though My new doctor has now been able to fully get me back on track as I am being treated for the EBV and my menopausal symptoms & the weight has started to come off again. Still it's concerning how Dr Bardman had been so careless that she would recommend a psychiatrist Over taking the time to do her job and investigate deeper into the aspects of my age combined with menopause as well as there being the possibility of having Epstein-Barr virus. Yet Upon my having left a review on health grades Dr Bardman immediately issued me a letter stating she would no longer work with me & recommended i seek psychiatric care & left me a referral for an in care facility. Luckily I had already found a new doctor who specializes in women's health/menopausal care & they were able to assess my situation accordingly. I've now been under the care of my new doctor for 5 months & my symptoms have almost completely alleviated Proving there was no need for an SSRI and or psychiatric care in relation to weight gain / edema and extreme exhaustion. What I needed was a doctor who actually cared enough about their patients to have ask the correct questions.. What I needed was for Dr bardman to do her job and investigate deeper in order to consider all possibilities surrounding High cholesterol counts, sudden onset weight gain, Menopausal symptoms for a woman Entering her 50s as well as various reasons for extreme exhaustion beyond just writing it off as anxiety and offering a quick fix of medication and a referral. All I can say now is if you value your health Then take a moment to do your research & read all of the other one-star reviews listed both on Yelp and within healthgrades concerning both this practice & Dr bardman's care. You deserve better!

I had a USCIS appointment with Dr. Bardman on October 6th, and I picked up my sealed I-693 form exactly one week later. I highly recommend them!

Scheduling an appointment a month in advance was still a challenge, even for the inconvenient time. Despite arriving early, the doctor was delayed by half an hour. The doctor seems competent, on par with to others I went to, but there's a questionable pushy style, often attributing all issues to weight and BMI? If you need somebody pushing you as motivation, probably it is your Doc.

Dr. Bardman is a great doctor, I can say this after almost 15 years of being her patient. Very knowledgeable, always gives great advice and support, listens very attentively and really cares about people (the most important quality for a doctor)! So grateful I met her immediately after I moved to Washington.

If you value your health, then do not go to this clinic. I went to Dr. Dudetsky for several months, and not only was I charged for services that I didn't actually had done. The doctor brushed me off several times when I said I had anxiety. The doctor then recommended me to another doctor. Initially, he just said I should search for a psychologist and told me to just "google it". I was just shocked. This is not a good clinic people. I know that a lot of people reading this may say, ok well that's just my experience. I have been to many doctors, but this is the worse one yet.

Doctors of Believe-Redmond are the best team ever. Dr. Bardman and Dr. Dudetsky are taking care of our family of five for many years. We choose them upon many others and never regretted or doubted our choice. Dr. Bardman is the most caring doctor I've ever seen. She found a life threatening condition in me when another practitioner missed it. Now I schedule visits and come from out of state. I would give more stars if I could.

Great experience with Dr Bartman for green card medical examination. Had an RFE from a previous submission from a different civil surgeon (Vivaa) who wanted to charge me again for another medical examination instead of correcting their mistakes. Dr Bartman was kind and friendly, I called on a Thursday, got seen on Friday, received my report the next Tuesday, and got USCIS approval that same Thursday. Dr Bartman knows what she's doing!

Went for an immigration appointment. Doctor and nurse were superb. The billing department not so much. Told me they would guide and help me with my claims once it was charged, after that just ghosted me completely. I called repeatedly and would get excuses that the person in question wasn't there or busy or would call back. Extremely disappointed. Cost me 400$ and if I had known they would do this I would have gotten it done from another place with better post-appointment support.

We have been visiting Dr. Bardman and Dr. Dudesky for over 7 years now. They are very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. Dr. Bardman even tries to accommodate appointments in between two patients if it is required for the patient based on the symptoms. Front desk service is also great. I would recommend my friends and family to this place.
