This bank is too bad. When I went to the deposit counter, two staff members counted the money and even stole the money. The monitoring and monitoring is blind and invisible. The character is too bad. I am going to cancel this bank. I hope that everyone will bring cash here to save money in the future, and must keep their eyes open to keep an eye on the money, otherwise you will lose money if you are not careful.

I would have gave a negative star if I could - worst banking experience ever & no wonder a bank could have a 2.5 star on google review lol. Their so called "internal policy" is nonsense and not comply with "COMMON SENSE", or, any other big name commercial banks in the US (Cha*5e / BOA, etc). Trying to open a business account with this bank and provided 10X the documents needed compared with other commercial banks - then no reply for several days; Asked me follow up questions (again, nonsense type of questions like they never bother to read the document provided at the first place); Tried to call the bank after 1 week for 3 times and emailed two times the banker (again they do not bother to reply for a full day). At the end came back with more nonsense policy. It is just hilarious that EW bank is "adverti*ing" on some social media for their "flexibility" on some financial products they offer, meanwhile setting up the miracle internal policy for legitimate customers in the USA. (Isn't this contradictory behavior from the first place?). At the end they told me they cant verify/dislike/disprove my business contract with customer therefore they cant open the account while other commercial banks (mentioned above) has 0 issue at all. I am glad I wasted my time with this bank BEFORE I start doing business with them as they donot seem like a good business partner at all.

Flavia is experienced and friendly. She assisted me through out the process of opening new account, applying new card, filling tax form, and wire/ transfer issues. Moreover, she speaks multiple languages. I appreciate her assistance and recommend her to other Chinese speaking clients.
