Great gym! I am doing personal training with Kevyn and she is super knowledgeable and in a short time made me feel so much stronger and more confident. I feel great. Gym is super nice. Equipment is great. Happy I found this place.

I love this gym. Trainer/Owner Carrie is warm and on-it in all things, from getting you started to setting workouts that build you up. And, I like the other people who train here. I can't recommend this gym highly enough.
