My grandma rides with me everytime we use Hopelink transportation. Today it was Easy Access picked us up 1 hour late. The driver was very rude, she immediately told my grandma it was not her fault that there are traffic. She called her company start talking Arabic, yelling at us, disrespecting comments, demanding to talk to her boss. My grandma was on the phone with Hopelink, she said she can not talk to 2 people at the same time, she threw her phone, driving so frantically, missed to turn our road twice. Said we should be grateful we got the ride home, you get your own car if we don't want to wait for the ride. I asked her to concentrate on the road before she has an accident. Totally ignoring me, keeping yelling. According to my grandma this was second time she was late. Same behavior same excuses, disrespectful behavior. I wish she get fired so nobody has to get this kind of treatment.

Female driver was not only 57 minutes late, this is the same driver who was late 40mins a month ago. She was yelling, discriminatory comments, aggressive behavior toward us. She was so angry at us, she missed to turn left twice blaming on us. She told us we should be grateful we have a ride back. Complained to Hopelink transportation immediately.

The company in general works horribly, but there is a driver that I want to talk about who has given me rides for the past year about five or six times. I want to thank the organization for this driver - Henry Arzumanyan. During each ride, Henry's car was absolutely clean inside and out. He opens a car door each time for a client and always acts very kindly and respectfully. In my experience with him as a professional driver, he was never late and was always driving safely. I would like to ask Easy Access to note the professionalism Henry Arzumanyan represents.

Wishing I could give zero stars to this company but sadly you aren't allowed to comment with no stars. With how many times my partner has had to deal with late shows, I'm convinced the business is being poorly managed. You cannot penalize a disabled patient for being late for a pickup but then not award the same punishment to a late show from a driver. My partner has vital daily physical therapy appointments state-provided, so Easy Access is literally squandering the STATE'S money and time, forget what it does to my partner's blood pressure to deal with unprofessional and rude drivers. I think a systematic overhaul of this company is in order.

This service is very hit or miss some drivers are on time or early. The ones that were late would be great to get a call letting you know...This morning i was supposed to be picked up at 630 from my place for a 7am appointment. 630 goes and no driver 640 try to call the main number goes to voice-mail that is full. 645 starting to think might have to uber. 650 he finally shows up no sorry im running late call. Then tries to tell me "your pick up is 630... its 636 right now" no it was 651. Tells me "they can't call to let u know they are late" but expect communication from the customers if cancel or change by the 15min if ur late. There is no number to call eitherVery unprofessional keeping someone with a leg and ankle injury standing out in the cold for 20 mins wondering where ride is

I’ve had to deal with this company for awhile now. For the most part it’s mundane and nothing special to report. However for the past several weeks and months I’ve had to rely on hopelink and easy access to get to appointments. Especially for my daily treatments. There has been a few drivers that have been consistently late, rude, unsafe, negligent, and wholly unprofessional.- one day I missed an entire treatment due to driver being so late my appointment started and ended w/out me.- Another day they were late picking me up by at least an hour. When a driver did arrive he told me he could tell I was angry and started arguing at me. I didn’t even respond. Then the next day driver picked me up and started arguing at me and making phony excuses for previous day. Literally I had said “that’s not what my perception of the events.” He literally continued being argumentative at me so I simply put in my earbuds. Clients not only don’t care but are not there to be vented at.- Then yesterday they didn’t even show. I decided to check online for my ride status and saw that it and the next day had been canceled w/out my knowledge or consent.- two of the men I can think of right off are always talking on there phone while driving.- Here the funny part though. One guy was speaking in different language. (Arabic) he didn’t know I knew he was talking about me. ?I really have had many bad experiences with this company.??♀️I do want to recognize the good people who work there. There’s one older gent, an older lady, and a Russian dude who do their best and simply do their job. I especially like how the Russian/Ukrainian dude has been consistently early. If he can do it then so can the others.

Tried to give them a negative 20 but google makes you give a positive number. This is a business that has no concern for anyone. Drivers are lazy and lack the knowledge of rules of the road and parking. I pulled in the parking lot where they park their vehicles a van was right in front of me and they had no passengers nor was they picking up parked in the handicap space without a handicap Card or sticker. I waited think they would be moving but they never did van was still parked without a ticket on it two days later. Next time I’ll call the police. This tells me that the management here doesn’t care they should be the first to be fired because they are lazy and fail to inforce

On Friday 11/19/2021, I cannot remember driver 120 or 200. Around 9:00am @ crossroad area, the driver passing red light, other car almost got hit. He was driving NE8th, the driver was cutting right in front of other car without signal, not once, twice. Need to check alcohol or drug test before hired or make sure he has drivers license

This is not a review of the service provided by Easy Access, but rather my observation of how one of their driver drive.This morning while I was driving up on 405, I came across Easy Access car #200. He was driving alone but he was in front of me in the carpool lane. We were headed north and during the drive, he constantly tailgated the truck in front of him. Multiple times he swerved partially out of the carpool lane. He may have been in a rush but he was driving reckless.

Driver in Ford van #155 was texting for significant amount of time on 405. Couldn't stay in lane
