My fiancée has been using them for the past year and they canceled her appointment right before our wedding. The reason is that they have another important customer needs to reschedule and now the time is too tight for my fiancée’s appointment. Even that, they couldn’t provide any good alternative time for her. Really UNPROFESSIONAL service. A place without caring is a place to avoid. [💈🚷]

Yuna gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. I’ve been trying different salons in the Seattle area for 8+ years, and Yuna & this salon stood out as the best by far.
She took plenty of care & attention to detail in cutting my hair that other salons skipped. She double/triple checked my haircut & layers to make sure they were even, light enough to have movement, and still full. Excited to see this haircut grow out well & to have found my new go-to salon!

I had a haircut with Yuna and she was amazing. She took consideration of my hair type and adjusted the photo I showed to compliment my face shape. The salon itself is also very clean. I would say this is probably the best place to get your haircut if you have Asian hair.

Be aware they may treat you in their best. However, if you mention or question sth that you are not comfortable or satisfied, regarding to the price vs service. They immediately showed Passive Aggressive customer service attitude, especially the front lady. Be specific, I booked an appointment with the master hair stylist, who just asked me what kind of color you want to dye, then walked away like forever. Let his assistant do it entirely. Really disappointed by his unprofessional attitude. Eventually, I mentioned/ complained this bad experience. And, the front lady who simply replied “if you are not satisfied with our service, then don’t book appointment with us.” Speechless, she is right. Cannot agree with her anymore!

My first-time visit to this salon occurred on June 11, 2024, and I received exceptional service from Yuna, my hairdresser. She exuded professionalism, friendliness, and a deep understanding of her craft. I greatly admire the transformation she brought to my hair, and I will undoubtedly return in three months for another session.

Minami was not only one of the best hair stylist I have even met, she is also very nice and sweet. I am super happy with my new haircut and I can't recommend her more.The only downside is it was really hard to get an appointment but it was really worth it!

It was a huge disappointment with Seri. First, the way he cut the hair was painful. Many times his comb cut my ears very very hard and it was painful. He still did not pay attention after I told him. When he used comb, it was very hard on the scalp too which hurt. Second, he did not advise or offer much professional suggestion after I shared my needs. It felt rushed, impatient, unprofessional, and it hurt so much! Will never come back and do NOT recommend Seri or this place.

I have been coming here for haircuts with Seri since last year based on a gf’s recommendation and am really happy that I found here.Seri is very attentive, always listening to what you want and delivers it.The salon itself is charming and spacious, totally recommend it!

This was my 2nd time visiting Minami for a men's haircut. She has excellent hair layering techniques and extensive knowledge on hairstyling. She also has a very relatable personality as well! $65 + tip for a men's haircut and wash was an excellent deal for me. For both visits I left very satisfied. ?

Hiro is the best if you are particular about your haircuts. Also, your haircut will grow in really nicely- he cuts our children’s hair, too.
