Really appreciate the team at Eschen Auto. Honest folks who do good work without trying to upsell you. Their technicians clearly know Lexus and Toyota inside out, which gave me a lot of confidence leaving my car with them. Solid shop I’d recommend.

I am incredibly appreciative to Eschen Automotive. We were about to purchase a vehicle from a private party. We paid for the carfax and were trying to get service records for work that the seller said was recently done. Turned out that the carfax report from Eschen was a buyers prepurchase inspection. The gentleman I spoke with let me know what their findings were and that the car would need a few thousand in repairs. This saved us from a terribly expensive mistake and I couldn't thank them enough! If we lived in the area we would without a doubt use them for our automotive needs.

I recently went to Eschen Automotive for a water pump replacement and oil change. Not only did they squeeze me into the schedule sooner than expected, but they were also quick and communicative throughout the entire process.
The service I received was top-notch, and I’m so happy to have found a new shop for all my needs in Bellevue.
Alex, David, Sarah, and Rosie are an all-star team! Highly recommend, 10/10.

One of the employees was extremely aggressive toward the delivery driver, who wasn't speaking English. The employee broke the delivery driver's phone, and the situation escalated to the point where the delivery driver called the police

Yesterday, I witnessed a terrible incident. An employee of this workshop was behaving aggressively towards a delivery person. He broke the delivery person’s phone, and I thought he was going to attack him. I’ve heard stories about people attacking delivery drivers, but yesterday I saw it with my own eyes. I hope the owner of this auto repair shop takes some action because there’s no guarantee that next time, it won’t be a customer who becomes the target. Such aggressive behavior is unacceptable!!!

This place is listed also as PartsAuthority. Especially for DoorDashers , be careful , the guy Alex that works there is very aggressive, today he started swinging and pushing my dad because he asked him to sign with full name. Wild, savage person. Jungle is the place where he gotta live.

They provided super excellent service. My subaru outback had a problem (Check engine light came up)- the cause of the issue was not be able to be identified by Subaru Dealershop Tacoma. Eschen team identified it correctly and let me get the service from Subaru dealershop with no cost. They are super honest and expert on the car.
