Great staff! Melyn was super personal during all the testing, and explained everything well. Dr Jackson was knowledgeable, explained what was going on with my vision and eyes. She took extra time to be thorough and find out exactly what was going on in my eyes.\\nSales team in optical gave me lots of (cool) options- they’ve got some great lines! Explained my insurance benefits and what options would be covered versus out of pocket. I will be back!

I 100% agree with the feedback below from Jiayi Wang. I had a very similar experience with Dr. Sarah Jackson at this clinic. Very unprofessional behaviour. Avoid this clinic like a plague. Folks working here are totally unprofessional with no respect for customers.

Avoid this facility. There is a management change and it is a train wreck after that. We ordered lens few weeks back and confirmed at front desk multiple times. But in reality they never ordered and missed it.

Went for eye exam with Dr. Sarah Jackson. She was in a hurry the whole process, very unprofessional, would not tell my eye measurement because she was obviously not confident, until I told her what degree of contact lenses I used to wear. Would not tell me the condition of my eyes, until I asked. Did not tell the brand of contact lenses she gave me until I had to read it when she brought them out, and she brought expired ones the first time. However, she was pretty patient when she ‘told’ me to buy a pair of backup glasses from their store. Then you have this sales woman Shawn hurrying you through everything on buying a pair of glasses, kept recommending things that are very expensive, and would not go anywhere near things that are actually considering the customer’s benefit. Really unpleasant experience as everybody there was trying to hurry you into buying something from their store, but nobody actually cares about your eyes! Don’t know how they got this high score, paid people to do it from the money they ‘made’ from customers? Or if those five stars are real, I’m sincerely worried about those people. Word of advice, don’t go to a clinic where a doctor takes part of their sales profit?

My visit to Dr. Sylvie Pham was a complete trainwreck. Right when she walked in, she had this ice-cold face and started with this weird opener, "I've got bad news and good news, which one do you want?" Didn't even let me answer and just jumped into the bad news. And guess what? She totally forgot about the supposed "good news" she mentioned earlier. Like, are you serious?Then she did this super quick eye check and told me to avoid 3D movies without giving any reason. When I said I've never had issues with that before, she hits me with, "you're the boss, I'm the doctor." What? That's just rude and super unprofessional. Felt like she couldn't care less about explaining stuff or listening to me.Honestly, this was the worst doctor's visit I've ever had. Zero respect and zero communication. I'd give her zero stars if that was a thing.The clinic itself is pretty solid and the staff are super friendly. The only letdown was Dr. Pham.

The staff at Eyecare Elements was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Gill ably diagnosed a condition with my eyes and gave me a referral to a specialist. Without a doubt I would highly recommend Eyecare Elements.

Unprofessional optometrist. Unbelievably high prescription. Had to get a second opinion from another clinic and paid routine exam by myself. Asked for a refund for contact eval (which is $180, doubled price compared to usually $90), the clinic sent the corrected claim wrong first time. Had to follow up with insurance company many times from May, still haven't been processed yet.

Great experience with both the Optometrist and the selection of glasses. Worked well with my insurance. Distance vision and fine print are all nice and clear.
