Their customer service rep informed me they are no longer sending out reminder emails to "Skip the Month" for their VIP memberships - so if you forget at the start of the month, you are charged regardless. Why do this to your members other than to scam them out of money? I'll be canceling after 4 years of membership.

1st buy - (Bought 3 pairs) 2 were way bigger than regular fitting size and 1 had a hole in the pocket
2nd buy (bought 3 pairs) all of them came with holes in them. 2 pairs had holes in the pockets and 1 had a hole on the seam.
Tried calling in, I'm just gonna send these pants back to Fabletics and not bother with them anymore - it's a shame too because I like the breathable material but clearly these pants won't last 6 months.

DON'T BUY THE MEMBERSHIP!!!!! Their marketing scheme is SLIMY! Here's why: When you buy the VIP membership you are locked into a $60 a month subscription. Yes you have the option to skip a month, but only between the 1st and 5th of the month. They're betting that you'll forget and won't give refunds. On top of that, it's difficult to cancel all together. You'll have to start a long chat message or phone call and listen to them try to make you stay multiple times (Annoying!). Their actual product is "okay", but you can find better and cheaper options. If you want to try it just bite the bullet on a small item without the membership. Hope this helps someone make a decision.

This company took the worst of two worlds:Chinese drop shipping style of qualityGym membership style predatory memberships and fake pricingGoogle levels of data miningTerrible website. Their only goal is to get you into an account with every notification on (mobile, email, etc.,) and piece of personal information they can get. You cant even view a product 90% of the time without making an account, which is a process by itself.I swear this is a data farming company that spent premium money up upfront on high quality material. Then they did a bait and switch to chinese knock of manufacturing and pushing their data farm hard to sucker in everyone they can to the new terrible quality garbage.

Staff was okay and not very high energy vibes. Love there men’s joggers and highly recommend them for tall men over 6 feet in height that need a good athletic pant for activities or working out.

This website stole thousands of dollars of my money for a vip membership on a dormant account I hadn't looked at or used in years. DONT BUY ANYTHING OR IT WILL SIGN YOU UP FOR THE $60 A MONTH FEE. awful company.
