Bought a shampoo here (15 bucks), used it for literally once and immediately got skin rashes. This has never happened to me in my entire life.Took this product back to the store hoping for a refund or exchange, was told blatantly by a male staff there that "the terms are written clearly on the recipe, you open it you can't return/exchange". Well, how would I know if your products are potentially flawed/expired/harmful to the human bodies, if I don't ever use it in the first place? I can toss away 15 bucks to the trash sure that's fine, but rest assured that I will let everyone know how horribly you treat your customers. We have a small community here after all.

Perfect! You can get so many good things for reasonable or better prices! Unlike other places, this shop has testers so that you can test on your skin to make sure if it's a good fit for your skin!! The staff was accommodating and friendly! The place is well-lighted and spotless ;)

The store is amazing! Wish I could discover it earlier. The staff, a very friendly and knowledgeable boy helped me today and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Definitely will keep going back to buy more.

I was very disappointed with my recent purchase experience at Face X. I just brought the products yesterday but realized myself that I needed to get an exchange since the ones brought might not fit into my oily sensitive skin type. I returned to the store today with 100% original products, asking for an exchange. However they refused to make any return or exchange despite the fact that on the receipt it says "exchange only with original receipt within 7 days." Overall, I don't recommend this store unless you are determined to buy something from them without the mind of exchanging afterwards since they for sure won't let you do that.

Cute little Asian cosmetic shop in Bellevue. It is on the left hand side of the food court at the Asian Family Market. From Asian makeup, facial masks, dieting products to baby diapers, you can find them here. Some of the items are compatible price to Amazon's. They offer store membership which allows you earn points and redeem freebies and discounts.

I’m so glad they are finally open! The girls work there is very knowledgeable and high end janpanese brand has reasonable price. You can find everything you could ever wish to purchase in store.

They carry variety of Japanese and Korean skin care brand even some from China and Thai. For all the guys out there you won’t be boring when you came with your girl,they also carry a lot men’s product.

Fantastic selection and a very high end atmosphere. The ladies working (I believe one was the owner) were sweethearts and were genuinely interested to know our feedback of our experience. They have a fantastic selection of Paul and Joe!!! My girlfriend and I could not help ourselves... we had to buy some lipstick. I bought some Japanese hair care, some korean skincare and some cosmetics as well. I was so happy with my purchase and I must say, the prices are very fair for international items. I will be returning soon for more goodies.
