The BEST fedex experience. I was shipping tv and other stuff, one near the crossroads quoted me 2.5x HIGHER the price and was so unhelpful. Thankfully we went to this place, not only were they 100000x more professional and nice…they took care of so much and helped me with process and was 2.5x less cheaper!!!!!! AMAZING

The store manager Patrick is super helpful and nice. In my opinion, of all the print/ship shops in the Bel-Red area, this Fedex has the best customer service.

Walked in to drop off 2 of my Apple devices for the Apple trade-in program. William was really polite and super helpful. Did not even treat me like an annoying customer for my questions. Positive guy with a great attitude. He'll go far!

Very friendly Customer Service and helpful. However, I was overcharged, not given the option of any money back and left with more questions. My experience left me not wanting to go back or use this service again.

Quick shoutout to Cody and manager Patrick for their help with printing out color copies. Cody walked me through the steps to operate the color copy machine, and I appreciated Patrick checking in with him beforehand to ensure the process was correct. I really enjoy coming to this location for the kind and fast service!

The manager of this store (or I think he was) is literally the most helpful and courteous person. He talked Seahawks and mariners with me, all the while helping me wrap and ship my package, VERY securely. He even used this fancy box cutter to save me shipping costs, reducing the size of the package. You’re a good dude, thanks for being so kind.

Got my passport photos taken here after discovering most pharmacies don’t offer this service anymore. William had me in and out with my photos in hand (and looking as good as government photos are allowed to look) in <15 mins. $17 for two photos. Great service and kind staff!

2 weeks ago I dropped of my phone trade in to this FedEx location. I had a box and label and phone to ship to samsung. The young Asian gentleman that was working there would not let me seal the box and said he would take care of it. Gave me a receipt and sent me on my way. The interaction felt off but I trusted FedEx to not steal items entrusted to their care. I just heard from Samsung that the box was empty upon arrival and even the packaging material I provided was not there. Now Samsung wants to charge me the full price and FedEx scammed me. Do not trust this location with anything of value.
