I was really blessed to have been helped by Angela at this FedEx office print and ship center this morning when I was in a rush to print a dozen of 11x17 color PowerPoint presentations. Angela patiently assisted me and assured me that she was constantly checking their email to see if they had received it to printout yet. I was originally using the print and go option because I sent my file the night before to the print and go email address. However, the file the system received doesn’t contain any words but with only background images. I was so stressed and in a rush as my son’s presentation was this morning and I needed it printed with words. Angela was calm and assuring and as soon as she received the file from me, she checked it contained words and she immediately printed those slides for me. I feel so blessed to receive Angela’s great customer service!!! Overall the staff in this location is also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to this location for any future printing needs.

This is my favorite FedEx location. I have always gotten great print jobs from here, and they're always helpful with packages I put on hold for pickup. If something is too heavy, they've helped load it into my car if there aren't other customers waiting for assistance. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They were immediately able to solve something for me when another location had frustrated me to tears. Thank you.

Between my own phone and the lady at the FedEx Issaquah store, we’ve been calling the Bellevue store for 20 minutes straight - it rings and rings and RINGS before finally hanging up. My local FedEx in Issaquah doesn’t build custom boxes so they can’t pack a large, fragile birdhouse for me. They recommended the Bellevue store & I’ve been trying to call before I schlep this item across town. All I’m asking is for someone to ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

Good luck trying to talk to a person. I ordered 50 11 by 17 copies they sent me 8.5/11 and you can never get someone to answer the phone. The automated system is an endless loop. 0 stars.

Don't bother getting Canadian passport photos here - cut to the wrong size, no stamp for the back, background white screen didn't totally fill the photo.Waste of time and money

I was trying to return an ebike. I was refused to drop off the package in this location for the reason the battery is too big and they asked me to take the 70 lb package to FedEx ground in Redmond. I had to take the heavy package to my car and home and the next day again to my car and the fedex ground driving 30 minutes. However, redmond location again rejected my package saying I need a hezmat label that I need to request from the sender. I am returning the same package as it was delivered in the exact same condition. Why do I need an extra label??? The most ridiculous thing is the staff at the Bellevue location did not even mention about the hazmat label at all when he first rejected the package. They don’t even know how their system works. When I was wrestling against huge 70 lb package, no one came out and give me a hand even there was no customer at all in the store.
