This location has THE BEST service for any printing/ shipping location in the area. They have reasonable prices and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the product. From shipping, to passport photos, to printing, we have had a great experience every time.

Very impressed by the professionalism and assistance provided by Victor at the Bellevue Factoria location. I don’t use FedEx very often and when I called to inquire what my options might be, Victor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great job- thank you!

I had an outstanding experience at this FedEx location, thanks to Austen’s exceptional customer service. I arrived at 4:25 PM on a weekday, unaware that the last pickup was at 4:30, and needed to send an international document the same day. Austen immediately jumped into action without making me feel rushed or inconvenienced. The transaction was completed at 4:32, just in time for pickup, and the best part, the document arrived a day early.
Beyond Austen’s top-notch service, I also noticed the friendly and attentive staff assisting other customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you so much, Austen!!

Store opens at 8am and it’s now 905am and I’ve been sitting here for about 15 minutes with nobody in sight, doors locked, and lights off. This is not the first time this has happened where I’ve shown up during business hours and they’ve randomly been closed

Walked in 3 people behind the counter no one greeted us and no one offered to help. Then after finally getting someone to help us, the lady comes up and says she can't print it even though the other person said we could.

7 customers waited for over 40 minutes because of 1 customer didn't properly setup their info for a package. Apparently we were going to have to wait at least another hour because the person taking forever had 3 more packages to send and the cashier wouldn't let us go ahead even though we'd been waiting for nearly an hour.
Don't use this FedEx, it's literally faster to drive to the Issaquah location.
Should have listened to other people telling me not to use this FedEx.
