I was in the Bellevue branch on Thurs/Fri (7-14-23) and after witnessing a customer being abrasive and abusive because he didn't know what he wanted or what he was asking for, I felt I needed to leave a review. The young lady behind the counter was EXTREMLY helpful (and super patient after the previous customer). A big shout out to Courtney, thank you so much!!

Their customer service person Courtney lapierre has got to be the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. Cannot answer the simplest questions. Says they don't have it for things they do have and has a really frustrating attitude. I don't know why they would hire someone like this for customer service but I had a terrible experience trying to pick up a few items I needed with Courtney today. Maybe Courtney should work in the back or do something else since she's extremely rude and has a bad attitude.

Been to this location twice now and both times staff have been unhelpful and borderline rude.Got to the store a full 25 minutes before closing to ask for two parts, one to do a PE pipe repair and a pressure reducing valve.The guy at the front desk didn’t know anything and had to ask the other guy, and the other guy was too busy closing to help. Turns out they did not have either part in stock, and the second guy rudely told me not to come in “5 minutes before closing” to ask to look up parts while he’s busy closing. It was a full 10 minutes before closing by that time, but clearly they were not trying to do any business in the last half hour.There are so many other plumbing supply stores in the area, I would not bother coming back here.

They had what I needed, but I paid dearly for it. If you can wait and order it online, then do it. They placed a 68% premium on a toilet lever. Okay, fine, but next time, with prices like this, they will be my last choice after attempts through other retailers have been exhausted.

I came in with pictures of a worn down pressure reducing valve. The valve itself appeared to be as old as our home. I didn't know the brand or model, just the size. The tag on the top was essentially blank. The guy at the counter showed me what was in stock and we compared it to the pictures that had. None of them really matched what I had. The guy was able to show me where on the valve to find the right information. Fast forward a week, I came back to the store with as much of the information as possible, worked with the same guy, and was able to get the part ordered. It arrived two days later at my home. In the box were installation instructions and all the parts needed to get it setup. One YouTube video and 20 minutes later, im all done. Thanks for all the help!

Disappointing Telephone answering system. It leaves you underwhelmed and frustrated. Look for great deals, sometimes huge savings on display closeouts. Great displays throughout the showroom. Not much help unless you interrupt a employee at their desk. They all seem to keep their face looking at computers or paperwork. Don't expect any help while looking around.

Disappointing customer service.Phone system is the worst I have attempted to use. Seems impossible to get connected or leave a message. Walking into the showroom and looking around is amazing. Great displays and a large variety of items to compare. Don't expect any customer service. You have to wait for one to get off the phone and then they act like they are being interrupted and seem to be annoyed that they have to help or talk.If you can put up with the service, they do have great products.

We had a specific need for two dozen shower cartridges. I went into the office once and a gentleman at the desk took all the information down and said he would get back. He didn't. I called again a couple months later and they called back to call the information and never return the call. One quick call to Morgan's in Seattle and they solved the problem.
