Went here for my retirement planning. Put all my trust in there fiduciary. They made a mistake and cost me 150K Admitted they did. They denied my complaint. Can’t find a attorney to help fight the big corporation!! Sad America. I am to small to fight this corporation. Stay away at all costs!!

Kelvin has been working in Irvine CA. I have been consulting with him about business problems since five years ago, but I have no good consultant anymore. I hope he can come back to Irvine ca as soon as possible, He said he could call him at any time, and he said he would not forget his friends in Irvine. I give him high praise here, don't affect my communication with him. ? Kelvin, is very glad to know you, take care, dude

This review is about a particular Financial Consultant I worked with Caitlin Doucette.Caitlin was unprofessional, disrespectful and not working in my best interests. She was 20 minutes late on the first call. Messed up my Retirement planning data, resulting in a 45K expense that we could not trace and she had to call tech support to remove it. On the second call kept pushing Wealth Management services even though I stated I was not interested. Asked me the client to demo for her how to create model portfolios. It's her job to show me how to use the tool. She kept asking me to transfer assets to retail and use paid Wealth Management services. When I again refused she declared me too poor to work worth because she can't put me on her books. And now I don't qualify for any Consultant services. But out of the "goodness," of her heart will arrange to speak with a brokerage Consultant. I felt demeaned. disrespected and it was a waste of my time. She is incompetent as a Financial Planner and does not have the interpersonal skills to work with people. Was only concerned about increasing her wealth and not as a fiduciary to me, the client. perhaps she is racist. I am a person of color and my previous interactions with Fidelity personnel have been wonderful in the last 30 years.I was and am still livid about the treatment I received and am considering transferring all assets to the other brokerage firm I have had an account at for over 20 years.Caitlin is the most horrible Financial professional I have ever interacted with and has created distrustful feelings about Fidelity for me.

I have been working with them for 4 years. They are courtious, knowledgabe and responsive. You must make an appointment to get in, but the service and retirement planning help is well worth it. I would highly recommend them.

Pathetic service. Can't reach by phone before 30 mins. Linking a bank account has taken more than a week and no way to check what's the status of it on app/ desktop.

Have been trying to roll over my 401k from Vanguard to Fidelity. The whole experience is overall unbelievably bad.1. Whenever I call Fidelity, it takes around 30 min wait time. It is unacceptable. Vanguard also has long wait time, but at least they provide call back service.2. There is no way to know if my check has been mailed to Fidelity successfully or not. My check has been lost once, now I have to call Vanguard again to request a new check and mail to Fidelity.3. I was thinking to get all these done by going to Fidelity office in Bellevue, so I don't need to call customer service or worry about my check getting lost again. Thank god I read all these bad reviews here and decided to call the office first before going. And what happened is, I called, they said they dont' accept personal appointment, they could help with rollover but they don't know what the mailing address is for 401k check, so they are connecting me to 401k department, after that I had to wait online for another 30 min before anyone picks up the phone.So... why the hell it's so complicated for a simple rollover? We are living in a time that technology has been helping us so much in all aspects. But obviously it is not helping Fidelity, everything is still in 90s, all we get is calling and mailing.

They don't deserve any stars ! This comment refers to Fidelity as a company, not just this location. They are terrible, after waiting for 27 min on the phone in queue to get to customer service, I hang up. Went to chat on line with their support, I am 194 in queue. And this is not during one of those sell of days, the market is up today. The moment market recovers a little bit, I am closing my account with them. No, I would not recommend them at all.
