Prompt service, affordable pricing, friendly staff - can't ask for more. I was in for a tire patch, close to the first customers to walk in that morning, and I was back on the road within the hour.

I left my car there for three days to be fixed. The first day they told me it would take 4 hours to fix it. Now it's been 3 days and they still haven't fixed my car. They're not fast at all and they do their job very badly.

Called about a simple fuel pump replacement on an older car with a single fuel pump. Was told it could cost $1000–$2000 depending on “which of the two pumps failed” — pricing that only applies to newer cars with dual pumps. Either poor knowledge or deliberate upselling. Disappointing.

Super lackadaisical staff members, specifically the ones at the front desk. The staff did not address all the issues that were discussed and documented at the time of check-in, which is fine if they were unable to do so; however, this was not communicated to me via phone before I arrived to pick-up the vehicle. In general, very lazy staff and terrible customer service. Will never come back to this location. The general manager here should consider benchmarking the store on 1st Ave South in Burien, WA; they are a model of excellence and always have been.

Booked an appointment for fixing a tire puncture. Had to eventually go back without getting it fixed after waiting for over an hour. Was told that it will take another 3 hours (after waiting 1 hr). Don’t know then what is the use of taking an appointment.

I had a pretty good experience in this Firestone location the staff and pretty friendly and go out there way to help you out as much as they can. I had an issue not going into details but A Representative named Ken Helped me out and took car the issue. This is my 4th time coming to this location and ever happy every time. I been reading some people complaining about “time” this is not Jiffy Lube Keep that in Mind.

I had to take my car for a service of A/C and it ended up to be a nightmare after that. They suggested few others, which I agreed to, and screwed up the whole car. Within 5 minutes of driving out, coolant started leaking, engine making weird noises. Had to go back multiple times (charged more than 3K total) but the problem is still not fixed.

I've had work done by this firestone multiple times in the past. Probably would rate 3/5 stars based on past experiences. Was a bit hesitant to go today but I needed an alignment and their lifetime alignments are too good of a deal to pass up. I expected them to offer a bunch of additional services and work I didnt need but they didn't! I was helped by Chandler and he was honest, patient, and had a good attitude. He provided better service than I'm used to getting from this firestone. It was nice getting the work I needed done and not leaving feeling like I got ripped off or that they were trying to rip me. I hope Chandler is there next time I need to take my car in.

After MANY bad experiences with multiple Firestone locations recently, I was hesitant to bring my car back to them. However, with issues that SHOULD be covered under warranty, I didn't really have a choice. I called and was told they could see me that afternoon for braking issues. When I arrived they were able to get my car in and inspected within about a half hour. We discussed their concerns, I approved some work, and they began. The technician, Chou, was fast and accurate with his assessment and work. The service manager, Ken, was great to work with and honored all warranties and had me on my way within two hours.
My wife was involved in an accident within a few days of the repair, and sadly the vehicle was totaled. Everyone in both parties was ok, and that's all that matters. And knowing that there's a great service option at the Bellevue Firestone makes me confident in bringing my new vehicle and any future vehicles to this location. Thanks, guys!

Great service and great people. The service personnel clearly explained to me exactly what work would be done and a detailed estimate. They also were very friendly and knowledgeable - offering recommendations to make the service work more complete.
