first tech sucks. they take at least a day longer than wells fargo for deposits to be available and checks take longer to clear my account. this has gone on for years. it gets worse. on February 16th i tried to close a home equity loan that had a $0 balance and i simply no longer need it. i fill out the paperwork, submit it and get a confirmation email that everything is successful. the paperwork says i have a reconveyance fee of $X to pay to close the account and i make sure $X dollars are in my checking account. 10 days go by and i login again and see my home equity loan is still open and the funds are still in my checking account - i call FT and they dont know whats going on they will have someone from loan dept call me back. 2 days later FT tells me i actually owe $100 more for the reconveyance fee since 'the state raised it on January 1' - so despite them sending me a email in writing with the wrong amount, and 6 weeks going by since the change, i had to call FT to figure this out. pure comedy. im closing my checking and savings accounts once the home equity is closed. life is too short to deal with a lazy and unprofessional bank.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible, I extremely rude teller. had the audacity to make a comment about the amount that was in my account which I found extremely rude and not needed. For reference the teller number was #3552216. Personally I would have a talk with her about professionalism and let her go. will not be going to this first tech

Shut my card off without my consent. Left me stranded and couldn't fix it for 7-10 days. No thank you. And don't give me your basic b "I'm so sorry" response. I was left in an unsafe circumstance because of your practices.

Why is the door to the vestibule where the ATM is locked at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon? I can maybe understand late at night, but come on. Why does the machine have to work the same hours as the bankers? Chase, down the street, doesn't even have a door between the ATM and the sidewalk.

I came to set up autopayment from external checking to their credit card. It is not possible on the website in 2023! They did some paperwork, asked for a voided check and set up from the account at First Tech that is closed!!!1) Why no autopayment setup on the website?2) Why did you mess everything up????Terrible waste of time

Absolutely horrendous customer help line. Computer hung up on me twice. Computer said it would transfer me to a person. It transferred me to a computer. Abysmal service.

I tried for a couple weeks to work with an insurance agent at First Tech insurance Services at this branch to get a quote on Home & Auto insurance. She was not very responsive (and never answered her phone) nor very helpful when it came to looking at the different options. She told me that because of our vehicle's rebuilt title that we could not use oregon mutual insurance, which was the carrier I was leaning towards. I eventually switched to a different agent at first tech who was more responsive and eventually ended up using a different agency altogether. That agency was able to get me the home & auto policy that I wanted with Oregon mutual without issue. Seems they either aren't thorough or not willing to look at all options. Lots of back and forth without any real progress.

I usually never write reviews. But I have to write this, for anyone looking to check this branch out. I went to this branch about a month ago and meet A lady called Ritu. She was really helpful with everything she made sure no stone was unturned. I definitely recommend her to anyone that has questions especially about credit card and personal loans check Ritu out. You’ll be in good hands.

Deserve 0 stars for this bank. The bank keeps charging me $5 monthly inactivity fee without any written notice. I used to use this debit card to do some p2p transactions due to the covid, there isn't too much usage of this card.The representative refused to refund the fee for the inactivity. I'm going to close the account and never use First Tech in the future.Pretty disappointing experience!
