Super slow and inefficient personnel. For some reason these folks are all very sluggish and wait times are quite long. You walk in there and it's like a ghost town, hardly any customers, no banking staff, no service. The few employees shuffle back and forth and don't seem to work on anything. There are much better credit unions out there!

If I could give 0 I think that would be generous. Not sure if they are deliberately being so difficult or why? Don't bank here unless you like diabolical service or actually no service! I have been in several times in person but they are incapable to fix a major issue. Now they have the brave faced cheek to ask me to email them the issue but don't even bother to tell me the email address or a name to address their consistent failures! Not a big suprise!

Came here to open accounts for parents and sort out mine. Their representative Mukul messed everything possible.0) Mukul pulled out my account during in-person visit without checking my id. My acc is not a public record1) We lacked documents and he agreed to open accounts remotely when we send needed paperwork. He messed up emails and sent docs to some 3d party email2) He messed up and drafted application for the wrong credit card3) He messed up and created multiple applications instead of 14) His claims what the bank could realistically do for us were unsound, the bank rejected several applications drafter by Mukul5) The office phone number has insane answering machine that demanded me to do British accent or something, no number selection, so all non-natives are not welcomedOn bright side, Mukul was attentive, apologetic, opened accounts, and even rushed debit cards. I still would rather get the service without 5 times redoing it

Aside from the fact that they closed all but one of their local branches here in Eugene, Oregon, the abysmal functionality of their website and mobile app make for an experience just slightly better than having a root canal with no anesthesia while waiting in line at the DMV with "waiting to be served" number ONE MILLION. As I'm writing this, the web and mobile app are once again displaying the heart-warming message: "We're sorry! Our system is experiencing difficulties that are preventing you from logging in. Please try again later." I think I'll try a different bank instead.

I have been banking with Frist Tech for the last 5+ years and this particular location since the last 3 years. The staff members are extremely quick and very helpful. I always leave the branch having every query/ask addressed and very swiftly. Thank you and continue spreading smiles.

Disorganized line, long waits, staff were curt and somewhat rude in my opinion. They didn't seem to know the details on their own customer promotions either. I've been a member nearly 15 years and it used to be such a local and friendly place when visiting branches- it's been disappointing to see that disappear in favor of expansion and growth.

Deserve 0 stars for this bank. The bank keeps charging me $5 monthly inactivity fee without any written notice. I used to use this debit card to do some p2p transactions due to the covid, there isn't too much usage of this card.The representative refused to refund the fee for the inactivity. I'm going to close the account and never use First Tech in the future.

Lot of waiting though there is a big staff in this office. I was here for wire transfer half of the staff was busy (doing something on laptop) and only one staff person was helping customers ( to be noted just 2 customers). First you wasted my time in making me wait for 30 minutes when you had staff available but just chit-chatting with one another. Then when asked to do wire transfer your staff helping me had zero knowledge on balance transfer timeline and rules ( wasted 45 min again). I had to withdraw money and do it from somewhere else. Thanks for ruining customer experience every time. Soon to close all my accounts to First tech. Sending email to your head office as well about this poor experience and how you ruined my time/working day.

The credit union is not half bad. It’s just getting a hold of someone. They all want to direct you to a web site, however contrary to what First Tech may think, banking is still a people businessWhy should we have to wait on hold for 45+ minutes to resolve something that requires a representative?This survey does not reflect the branch indicated, but that is where I got my card and at that time they pledged service beyond my bank and said they were one of the top rated financial institutionsNow all we get is Covid this, covid that, to justify no phone help at all, and getting transferred over and over. First Tech service is less embracing than US Bank where I also bankMake it a great day

Have had terrible experiences at this location. I have visited thrice here four different reasons and had to go somewhere else to get my work done. The staff is really rude and talk in condescending way.

Staffs take much more time to address. Even you visit this branch with prior online appointments, you need to wait 40-50 minutes atleast.

I love staffs and the benefit for checking, CD accts from this union. But I do not recommend mortgage specialists. Whatever they don't want to reply of my question, they just ignored and not respond even I email several times request to running the loan processing info after met in person. I felt he is not treated customer fairly. I showed my email to my neighbors for checking my writing is clear. They said my question and writing is clear to understand.
