Would 10/10 recommend this place to any moms and pregnant mamas. It’s a great community with an amazing owner/instructor (Emily). Everyone is so nice and supportive. They have a variety of workouts so you can find something that works best for you. On top of that, Emily is always finding ways to bring everyone together through various activities once a month and different speakers.

F4M Bellevue offers great classes and an amazing community of moms that truly became a lifeline when I moved here from the East Coast. I can’t recommend them enough!

I am so grateful I found this community! Jasmine and her family are a galaxy of energy. I’ve made new friends but most importantly my baby has friends too! Love being able to work out safely and with or without bub.

Stroller Strides class was the highlight of my mat leave this summer. Jasmine's workouts are awesome and always different. And she'll help you with your form, which is so important post-partum. The classes are small and it's nice to chat with other new moms. If you've got an infant or toddlers, I would definitely recommend!

This is an awesome program! Just what I needed to get back into working out after having my second baby. The classes are fun and positive, you get feedback and help with your form, and the hour goes by in no time. Don't think about it, just go. You won't regret it.

This is the best program for local moms to encourage and support each other on our journeys towards physical and mental wellness! The facilitators are well versed in exercises that are safe for every level of motherhood, from prenatal to "they grew up so fast" there is a place for you! Come join us for your free first class!!

I started coming to stroller strides almost a year ago, and I would recommend fit 4 mom Bellevue to any and every mom. I tried a few different fit 4 mom locations, but it wasn't until I tried Jasmine's stroller strides that I really felt like I belonged. Stroller strides has been a perfect way to get a great workout WITH my son by my side. Jasmine is amazing at providing a wide variety of workouts that have helped me to reach my fitness goals, and she also provides modified options to suit the needs of every mama in the group.Not only is Fit 4 mom a great way to get a good workout, it's a community of supportive and understanding moms. 10/10 would recommend.

I found this group when I was living in Seattle temporarily and I was so glad that I did! Jasmine, the owner/instructor, is the most welcoming person you’ll ever meet and the classes are always fun and motivating. If you’re looking for a mommy community that you can be welcomed and fun to be in, this is it! You won’t regret it :)

FIT4MOM Bellevue is an awesome community and village of moms and home to great workouts pre- and post-baby. As a mom of 2, I love being able to connect with other moms and being supported both physically and mentally. Jasmine, the owner is just AMAZING. She's caring, thoughtful and puts in her all to make an impact to the community.

FIT4MOM Bellevue is awesome! I am new to the area and am so glad I found Jasmine and her village. Classes are in downtown or crossroads at playgrounds, my daughter always looked forward to playing after I got in my workout. The kids are now in daycare and I'm back at work but I miss my morning workouts and play dates so much! Everyone also created a COVID safe environment.

I am a Mom of two toddlers, and new to the area. When the weather started to get nice I was really ready to get out of the house! When we arrived to Jasmine's class, she had a huge smile on her face and I felt comfortable and welcomed right away. My kids had so much fun, and I was getting exercise. I met other Moms from the area, and was able socialize for the first time in a long time. I have taken a small part-time job that conflicts with the class schedule, but I would go back in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend this group for any parent (new or with multiples) looking to connect with other parents going through the same season of life, while getting in a great workout for yourself! The instructors are energetic, will individualize the workout to help you feel like you are getting the best workout for whatever fitness stage you are in, and always leave you with a smile and feeling better than you did when you started! The mommas/parents have been so kind and welcoming, and as a new transplant to the area, this community has helped me form new friendships that will continue as our kiddos grow.
