Absolutely fantastic! I was referred to their shop following a hit and run on my car. With the damage along the drivers side and dent above my wheel well, I was considering letting it live out the rest of it's days as a junker. After getting my car back, i was astounded. My car looks more pristine and the repair quality alone makes it feel like it did the day I bought it. Fast, communicative, and beyond fair on pricing. It's been less than a week and I've already recommended their services to a friend, and would absolutely do so for others.

I was referred to Fix Auto Bellevue To repair my 2012 Volkswagen Touareg. Because the Tuareg is no longer imported into the US it was very important for me that the car was repaired. When I got my car back, it looked absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Fix Auto.

Four years ago I posted a very positive review. I had some warranty work done lately (tied to the paint 4 years ago...), and while the workmanship is good, they are not great at following-up, communication, or general email skills.
