Poor customer service. Chicks here are rude. First time I was here girlie was very rude and mean to an Asian man that so happen to walk in front of here, she went off to her coworker and gave a stink look and head sway and we were taken a back by that disrespect then today, got ignored and they were on their phones. They need someone from the top to whip um into shape. Even the manager needs help. The energy in that store is bad. Low class attitude.

We visited this store, and even though there was an available employee to help us, he chose to help a customer who came after us. After he helped this customer, my boyfriend asked him if he was going to help us, and he said he couldn't and went back to standing around. We had read other reviews that had said how bad the customer service was at this place, but we gave it the benefit of the doubt. I asked for the size of a pair of puma and this asian employee said he only had them on size 6, not 7 and other bigger sizes. Once we left, I looked for those same shoes online and chose to pick them up at this location, and they were available, I guess they just didn't want to sell to us.

I visited this store on 12-27, and had the rudest customer service ever. I would highly recommend re-training or firing the 2 employees you had on in the afternoon. They have no place working with the public or in sales. This location would do a whole lot better with a competent, customer service focused staff.

Customer service at this store was awful. They would only let my son try on one shoe of the pair. Staff would not bring us the second shoe of the pair, even when I was ready to purchase the pair. Instead of explaining that this was a store policy (which I googled later and found out. Strange but true), both male staff members were very rude, laughed and said “you aren’t getting that second shoe”. I am definitely not purchasing anything from this store. Not a good experience.

Do not come to this place. The service from the people at the checkout is horrible. They don't say hello and they serve you as if you don't exist. Horrible.

I was at the mall, and I heard bunch of yelling coming from the store, people talking about sexual harassment, abuse, and more. Very unprofessional and I shouldn’t have to hear that, nor my children and other families around. The manager and other employees were unprofessional and one person seemed to be leaving or removed due to “harassment”. They need to work on professionalism because I come to this mall often and the language used and allegations heard by everyone was disturbing

They wouldn't return a pair of shoes that I purchased out of country even though I had the receipt. The lady at the store was very friendly and asked me to call customer service but the customer service agent couldn't have tried any harder not to help me.

Rude worker!! By the Kids section(The Asian lady with Glasses) refuse to help and was very unprofessional! I will be taking this to Corporate Foot Locker.

I love going to this shoe store because they are always stocked and the staff is sooo helpful. Having 3 growing boys I’m buying shoes every 4 months. Who ever is running this place is hiring good people because they are always there to help even when my kids are being super picky. Clean, stocked, always got what I need !!

Employees don’t like the customers. On Black Friday employee at the cashier told us to wait in a single line then a second cashier opens up and instead taking the next in line they let others cut in. When we said we’ve waiting they said “I didn’t tell you to wait in that line”. Actually you did.
