beautiful in-store atmosphere and kind staff. i always go to frans to get gifts for any occasion, their chocolates are truly incredible.

Words cannot express....so good! They have new stuff, seasonal. Next time I need to try the caramels. More fun than buying them in the grocery store. Nice people, beautiful presentation, friendly NoT snooty.
