I have to call to get my prescriptions filled after my doctors already sent the script — every time or else they’ll just leave my prescription in the queue. Do they realize people aren’t taking medications for fun? That maybe people actually need their medicines in a timely fashion. One of their techs literally told me on the phone “well what do you want me to do about that” — your job maybe?

The staff here is so kind, both over the phone and in person. I’ve never had an issue with my medications with them and they’re pretty on top of things. Today especially they were very helpful. I desperately needed my medication asap and the automated service said it wouldn’t be ready for another couple days. I called and spoke to one of the pharmacists and he said he could just give me a smaller version of it today and the rest when I run out. It was such a huge help and I’m very grateful.

Very sad that this is the most convenient pharmacy for me to go to because I would not continue using Fred Meyer otherwise. I would say 90% of the meds I get filled here I have to call the pharmacy before I can pick them up because theres some kind of issue. I'm always quoted nearly a week online before my meds are going to be ready and when I call to ask why there's usually no particular reason and they were able to fill it to begin with. I don't know too many people prescibed medication that don't actually want it the same day or even just the next day after its sent in so I find it weird that that's their go-to. I had a doctor write my prescription wrong. He wrote it for x amount of days but did the math wrong on how many pills that would equal. It was a medication that has a high chance of seizures if I miss taking it. While that part is fully on the doctor, I was shocked at how little the pharmacy was willing to help me in the meantime. It took several days for it to be fixed and I had to cut my pills in half just to make sure I had it in my system even a little. They acknowledged that they were aware of the intent the doctor had and that I was definitely supposed to have more pills so I was hoping they'd be able to dispense a few extra as an emergency (as many pharmacies do) but no dice. That same medication was delayed a second time because they wanted to verify the doctor knew possible drug interactions (I've been on this medication for years so believe me, I know and so does my doctor) and while I respect that, we all know doctors take forever to get back to patients but especially the pharmacy so I again had to ration this serious medication a few days. Anyways, I hope they can get it together because it's been problem after problem here and im at a point where it's almost mildly dangerous to rely on them.

Under a lot of stress having covid losing 17 lb in 10 days, I called this Pharmacy to see if one of my medicines was ready twice, and finally I called my doctor who said it has been ready for over 10 days so I called the pharmacy back and all the sudden they found it.

A woman working here was very rude and lectured me about how they don’t accept prescriptions from out of state doctors (even though my doctor is located in Washington and is licensed in multiple states). She completely lacked empathy and made no attempt to help resolve the issue, and instead just flat out refused to fill my prescription.

This Fred Meyer is great because they have all the department store items as well as the grocery store obviouslyIt always seems very well organized and clean but the parking lot is just really hard to navigate for some reason and it's always very very very busySo if that doesn't bother you, it's a great place to go.

Never has enough checkers. Quality of product has gone done while prices go up. What happened Fred Meyer? You just did a remodel and it looks like trash in here.

Shoe boxes all had 1 shoe in them. Couldn't find anyone to help. Tried the help phone, no answer. Tried asking people in other departments - they phoned to fetch someone, but no one showed up (twice).

Note to self: If you don't want to lose your mind waiting in their checkout lines, avoid this store. Every time I go to this place I end up wondering how Amazon's self checkout isn't a raging success yet.
