Tell me they would return a speaker if I had the receipt and everything and then I show up after I said that I didn't have gas to drive down here unless it was going to happen and then they told me they can't do it because it's past the 30 days even though it's brand new in the box and I was told by customer service that they would do it and then I show up and they won't do it I would do less than half a star if I could

Shopping at this Fred Meyer gives you a glimpse into a collapsing society.
Dirty, no one smiles, well understaffed, and just sucks any form of positivity in the environment.

Very dissatisfied with the state of this store. Garbage everywhere and the smell of poop hits you in the face right when you walk in. Creepy men standing around staring menacing like gang members.

Need customer service? Don't even think about it. The self-checkout machine has a glitch, boohoo, unlucky you. The staff standing there will just stand there and play with her phone, and not help you. She gets paid for standing there and playing with her phone. Yeah and it's not busy, it's a 2pm on a weekday. Seriously.

I don’t expect too much customer service from a place like this. But I was wrong. Wow we were looking for a product and the customer service agent went above and beyond to help us find it. Very impressed!

This location is extremely busier than other locations. The good part is it is always filled. But make sure you check the prices after you check out. Employees are not that much knowledgeable which is understandable as it is a retail store. Have the app when you shop incase you want to find something. It is way easier.

I want to give zero stars due to the worst Fred Meyer app experience!! You need to go through some complex processes (install the app, add a coupon to the app, showcase a bar code, etc.). It's a nightmarish process. Earlier, we used to showcase cards and get discounts, but not now...
Because of this worst customer experience, we stopped going to Fred Meyer!!

I stopped by to grab a drink and go to the bathroom. Upon arriving at the bathroom I noticed that there were DRILLED holes in each of the ladies stalls, I understand that these are holes from former coat/bag hooks and toilet paper dispensers. However you can see straight into the other stalls while you are using the restroom not to mention the holes on the stall doors. people can easily watch you as you are going to the bathroom! I felt extremely uncomfortable being in the stall that I was in and being able to watch people as they walked by. As someone who suffers from anxiety and past SA experiences this whole experience really made me uncomfortable...I did take some pictures of the holes but I do not feel comfortable posting them in this review as I don't want to invade other people's privacy.

Shopping here has become a disaster. They re-did their aisles and now the map on there app is not in sync with the actual store. Simply pathetic.
