Updating my review to 5 stars. The ladies in Bellevue were amazing, kind, fun, and helpful and understanding about ordering online versus in person. I exchanged the ones I was unhappy with (one chance to exchange per transaction, not literally one item) and ended up buying a few more.

I used to love these, they have gotten absurdly expensive and the last time I was in I was offered no help and the only words said to me were no pictures allowed!

Beware of their return policy, they will not allow exchanges of One of a Kindness, even if you didn’t know that was a the policy. Really, why would you care if your customer is not happy and would just like an exchange? Customer service is so inconsistent, some employees are lovely and others are really awful. Also I have noticed that lately, many of their glassy baby’s have bubbles and/or black marks, I thought I was maybe too picky but when I looked at my other glassy baby’s they were perfect. Clearly the quality is not was what it was:(

I have been a fan and purchaser (in person, Berkeley CA and SF CA) of these and have over 23 in my home...when the CA locations closed, i was sad. I loved the hot shop in Berkeley! I felt proud to support this company with my in person shopping experiences...I decided to purchase 3 more online...but knew that I could be taking quite the chance, since I'd always bought in person, and inspected each one carefully for defects. I do not care to buy them unless they are defect-free. That said, the 3 green ones (all different) were purchased, and fine. The latest one, Jane's Caramel, came and I could see a bubble when lit up. I did not think there would be a problem, just return, and exchange. Well. The exchange policy is such that even if "defective" the customer not only has paid for that item that is being returned, but is to pay return shipping on the defective item, and then shipping to get the new replacement! Ridiculous! Never have i been told this, and I will never pay to return a defective item! That is the cost of doing business online, Glassybaby.. you suck it up and make it right. Not at your customers expense. My last glassybaby, how sad. Perhaps you will change your policies, or perhaps your business model will drive you to close. Who knows?

The Bellevue Glassybaby store has the absolute worst customer service! On more than one occasion they would NOT honor their store policy on exchanges. I have received multiple gifts over the years and every time I have tried to do an exchange they have made it near impossible. I just received a gift from Dr. Egrari and they would not let me exchange it, even though they had record of the purchase and I had just received it. NEVER AGAIN will I ever support Glassybaby!

Beautiful handcrafted, one of a kind pieces. This is such a wonderful place to go for gifts, especially for housewarming parties and anytime when you are unsure of what to get someone. You could never ever be disappointed by a glassy baby holiday or birthday package because anyone would appreciate these exquisite hand crafted pieces. You will love getting to serve drinks in the pretty glass tumblers and you will get so many compliments from guests. On top of that, this business supports humanitarian and environmental causes.

Just done! The online shopping experiences have been shakey at best. This last purchase and customer service reply was basically you get what you get and you don't get upset or exchange or refund. Almost $200 for a gift I don't feel worthy of the giving occasion. Buyer Beware.

This Glassybaby store is my favorite. The ladies are so helpful. They give you amazing customer service, they help give you ideas of what goes well together and are so happy to pull anything out they have in back to make sure you get just the right glassybaby.

These are very nice looking and quite varied I am amazed by the popularity for how much they cost. Staff is usually very helpful and there are an amazing amount of choices. It's a nice gift for someone, but we have already accumulated far more than we need.

I've loved Glassybaby in the past but the new ladies they have working at the Bellevue location are so pretensoius and unhelpful I will never return. I needed help with an exchange and all I got was hassle and a condescending lecture and a sarcastic comment as I left. It made me realize that some people are really drinking the Glassybaby Kool-Aid.

Unfortunately for me missed the 30 day exchange window and so I'm stuck with colors that I don't like. It should be 90 day exchange in my opinion - my loss Salesperson suggested I regift. The thing is don't you want your customers to look at them with a positive feeling- essentially what they were made for. The premise of these were good the outcome unfortunate.

Love, love, love Glassybaby and everything they stand for! Whether you are looking for the perfect gift for your bestie, a corporate thank you, or to add to your own collection, you simply can’t go wrong with Glassybaby. The entire experience of selecting them is part of the charm, so give yourself time-the process can’t be rushed! Each one has its own special qualities and no two are the same. Be sure to check in for seasonal standouts and limited editions as well as tried and true standbys. For serious bargain hunters, the twice a year seconds sale is not to be missed! Kudos to the wonderful staff-Their patience knows no bounds. Each Glassybaby is gift wrapped and ready to go from shop to event too, making life and giving that much easier. And as if all this weren’t enough, giving back is part of this iconic Seattle business’s legacy. Since 2001, they’ve given more than $13 Million to various charities worldwide. Susan Says…get yourself a Glassybaby (or two)! ❤️

I am so embarrassed by their treatment me my and my friends. I entered the store today and they were beyond rude. When asked simple questions they scoffed. I asked to take a picture of two yellowed and they said no. Why not? I own 31 glassy babys. I wont own another. I will o Oy try to give them away. Looked for them at good will.
