I picked up a 12' Penske truck from this location and everything went smoothly. The woman that helped me was nice and helpful. Thanks Goin' Postal!

I try to write positive reviews, but they quoted me 6 times the price (150 vs 24) and misrepresented it as the cheapest option possible. After asking the cheapest price, they quoted me almost 150 dollars to ship with USPS. Luckily, I checked the number online and just drove to the actual USPS down the street where they shipped my item for 24 dollars, insured w/ early arrival to boot. I showed this store the lower price to see if they could justify what was happening and they started acting very rude. If you like being ripped-off, go here. If you go through their reviews, you’ll notice this is a pattern. I hope they correct this trend.Correction: 150 does sound like 115 so they might be right on this, I asked for the lower price because I send these items out as a rental and am aware of typical shipping prices, I didn’t need guaranteed because the client did not pay for such, I think this was passed on, but perhaps there was miscommunication on my end, it matters a lot to me that if someone indicates a budget, that all effort be made to help them with that in mind, for that reason I’m not sure how to proceed, a mismatch in price to an extreme amount can be seen in your earlier reviews, but maybe this wasn’t the case this time and progress has been made, I have increased my rating with these things in mind. This is what I would’ve given if I didn’t think I was being scammed.

The owner (the guy sitting in the front desk) is very rude. I went to drop a package today with labels already printed home. He gave me 5 min business lesson on how dropping a package is not creating any business value for him. What he didn't know is, I am a regular customer and he lost my business and he took 5 min of my time unnecessarily. I ended up bring the package back home to avoid wasting my time further. I would probably not go to this place again.

The husband-wife duo was supremely helpful in their advice and efficiency in getting my important pkg to its destination across the country. They made at least four suggestions that I followed..........and I've shipped hundreds of pkgs before. They went out of their way to creatively make sure my pkg was safely packed and didn't even charge me for the little but important extra that they did. I wasn't EVER going to use this business because of their name, but I needed DHL and they were the only ones. It turns out that DHL in the U.S. can only be international (undoubtedly due to powerful lobbying from FedEx and UPS). I was also totally screwed over by another, nearby, small mailing business last year and was also not going use another small mailing business, but I will definitely use this one again......despite their awful name! (Started and named by a British guy, BTW, who didn't understand its origin!)

The lady (owner of this location) was very rude and gets suspicious about what you are sending if you don't know the EXACT specifications. she will begin to interrogate you regarding what you are sending and If your answer does not satisfy her she repeats the same questions to you and makes crazy faces with a disrespectful attitude. in my case asking multiple times if my internet router has liquid inside of it!? Absolutely ridiculous. Not a friendly location!

Went there for i9, got a very rude and unprofessional service because they never review if you have correct document.I provide unaccepeted document but they doesn't inform you about it. After few days, got email about failure of passing and my company block my access, reschedule come back again. Did it wrong again, failed again, and come back again. It took me three time here to pass the i9. Find someone more professional saves your time.

This review is strictly for their Penske service. I went with it because it was marginally closer than the Home Depot. Don’t make the same mistake. Their location is in a strip mall on a one way section. You have to walk to the other end of the mall or drive around to get to the truck to inspect it and then do it again to retrieve it. You can’t bring the truck around when you go back to finish up paperwork or you would block traffic. I also think I was charged a premium for the trailer insurance. I meant to get it when I made my reservation online but I didn’t and when it was offered, it cost more than it would have if I had done it beforehand.

This is an organized and clean place to go to if you're trying to avoid the Post Office. Major plus is that they provide services from other shipment companies as well. I was surprised to see that the employees were not wearing masks. They have sanitizers but are not overall COVID conscious. It is a reliable business but just don't expect super fast service or special treatment. Needless to say, there are some things you can do at an official FedEX that won't be able to do here, so call ahead of time if needed.

The receptionist was so rude, I will never do business with them. I entered the store, there's no other customer so I go straight to the reception area and soon I saw the receptionist yelling at me: stop there and wait a minute . I would turn away if it wasn't a scheduled appointment. But I waited. I absolutely want to give them some feedback but I found that their is no way write review on Google maps, so I post my review here

The woman who works there is incredibly rude. Came in to ask for quotes as a one-stop shop for all the major carriers, and she quoted us for $800. Went down the street to UPS and FedEx and they quoted the same package for under $100 to ship. Was incredibly curt and did not take the time to actually address our concerns or answer our questions.

I'm only reviewing the postal services. They mark-up the cost of shipping by 250%. In no uncertain terms I was told to go somewhere else if I wanted the USPS price.I understand that these postal annexes charge more than the post office, but charging such a high premium over USPS is insane and ludicrous! In order to justify this business practice, they should have hot tea (or coffee), candies, and other comforts while customers wait that show some care. But as they say, a fool and his money gladly part.

I appreciate that they're a one stop shop for all carriers. I can drop all my returns in one place. Tip: print out the shipping labels and they will gladly accept them. If you don't have a printer, just email the label. Wish that Amazon allowed them to accept qr codes!

I would give these guys a negative rating - instead of 1. I went to do an international shipping by DHL.1) I paid around $250 for shipping small containers of moisturizer (16oz). I should have checked DHL site prior to going there. The actual DHL price quote, later I checked, was $133 for the weight and dimension. They charged 185% of the actual price. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS.2) The lady inspected every single item and then told me she will do the packing next day, before DHL comes to pick it up. When my family received it, they told me there was NOT a single packing material inside - NOT a single layer of bubble wrap or anything. And the moisturizer containers were badly damaged and the moisturizer came out and it was a total mess.Such irresponsible people.I would NEVER give any business to these folks.
