Rosie is a very good technician. You can Tell she's been cutting hair for a long time. She fixed a haircut that was done from another salon and made it look really nice for my grandson's graduation.. thank you Rosie I would definitely recommend her to other people.!!

Haircut ok on my 3 year old grandson. Stylist spoke in her language saying he smelled like pee and put on a mask. My grandson is mixed. And was wearing clean clothing. My boyfriend overheard to comment. He speaks her language. Will not be returning

These people ruined my whole week where all the teams were visiting to our office.
For any barbershop or Hair Salon, communication is key and none of them at these place except one or two understand English.
On Sunday, i went and the guy who did my haircut, didn’t understand what i said, but initially it seemed like he know what he was doing, i asked for a mid-fade and that guy trimmed all the sides and cut on the top but he did not know how to blend the top with sides, at that time my hair was wet and also the guy applied gel (even after i refused) so I was unable to tell a difference, but when i went home and showered I look stupid, next day after office i went back again and asked if they can fix it, they said yes and a lady volunteered to fix it, she barely speaks english, she was in extremely rush, even the trimming was little harsh, she made me face opposite to mirror and when she done i look more stupid
She says that is style, i need to put gel and stuff, i have going haircuts for past 26years of my life and now she teaches me how to style my hair, I need to go to office not a teenager’s party. This time they didn’t charge money, but this was the first time i was very disappointed even if it was free.
Great Clips, you need to hire better people, atleast they should understand what the customer is asking. This can ruin someone’s confidence and reputation.
