The cashier’s has a terrible attitude and doesn’t know anything about the Great Harvest App. When I asked to talk to a manager, she told me she is the manager….Dietary restrictions: Some “nearly” gluten free options.

We went in to get a couple of quick treats and they were awful! We bought CC cookies & Carmel salted cookies and a Carmel salted brownie. They all tasted like it was dried out trying to be a healthy granola bar, but not in a good way. We've been to many of the Great Harvest Bakery locations, but this one was a huge disappointment.

Love the store, love the sweets and "nearly gluten free" loaves. Their cinnamon loaf is delicious and their Dakota is the only gf bread my girlfriend can eat without stomach trouble. I make a weekly stop, they always have their basic loaves available.Their delivery services has dropped the ball on me though.

Delicious pastry’s and breakfast sandwiches. Perfect portions. Delicious bread and excellent service. The gals are very kind and welcoming. They also support and sell other small business’ products such as honey, jams, popcorn, etc. Very well priced and feels/tastes healthy. Highly recommend.

Ryan was more than willing to help with my order in any way he could. He was polite, and attentive. This man deserves a raise!

The ownership changed and so did the size of the loaves. They used to be bigger than the toaster now they are much smaller and the price increased as well.

We stopped by to try a old-fashioned European bread and the bread was quite mediocre. It was edible though.

Have been here twice and was met with a friendly greeting both times! Aside from the adorable bread animals at the front counter, they also offered samples of various baked goods--today's were berry scone and salted caramel brownie. So tasty! They also have a good selection of other baked goods including scones, muffins, cookies, and of course loaves of bread. You can watch them making the bread right in front of you which is pretty cool. On my first visit I tried the turkey jack sandwich which was panini pressed just the way I like it. I remember there being a nice aioli on it as well. This time around we came for the breakfast sandwiches, which were about the same price & size as Starbucks, but with homemade bread instead. We both got ours on white bread which was delicious--I think next time I'd try it on the Dakota bread to see if that is just as good! It's also conveniently located very close to 90, and will likely be a regular stop of ours on our way into Seattle!

We used to go here all the time, but then it was closed for a long time. Today I was there for another store, and on my way out I was amazed to see that Great Harvest was open again! But from reviews here, it sounds like it must have reopened a long time ago?? I'm so confused.Anyway. We love the round cinnamon bread here. I picked one up today. Sandwiches are great here too.I used to get the honey wheat loaves here long ago. SO much better than anything you can find at a grocery store at any price. But then I started making our own sandwich bread in a breadmaker. Almost as good, and a much better fit for the budget, especially now with three teenage boys.If you like baked goods and live near Factoria, you owe it to yourself to give this bakery a try.

I love getting the hearty breads from Great Harvest! We live in the north end and I wish the Lake Forest Park location was still open, but driving down to Factoria was worth it! So many varieties of loaves, our favorite is the Dakota with sunflower and pumpkin seeds. You actually feel healthier after eating a slice! We also got a cinnamon roll which was pretty good but I wish they were more fluffy, and also wish they came with cream cheese frosting. I look forward to going back and trying more of their menu!

Really great place for sandwiches and delicious bread options. They have wonderful gluten free options and I am in love with their gf pumpkin bread in the fall. The only reason for the 3 stars is because of their online ordering system. I definitely don’t recommend ordering online with them, only go for in person visits. Every time I have ordered online, they haven’t received it through their system, thus never prepare for it. They need to fix their online ordering system!

I was disappointed with my experience here. The scone was so heavy, too dense. My loaf of bread was the same. We shared a molasses cookie and it was very dry. Won't be back.

I stopped Yelping awhile ago because I felt I was feeding into the machine of people leaving overly positive or negative reviews that didn't do much for the regular customer. But after a series of mindblowingly inept service and/or products from this place, I had to say something. Whether its loaves of bread that are clearly old or sandwiches like the one pictured below, it's puzzling how this place stays in business. I try to not come here often but when I'm asked to pick up an order for my friends, I oblige. But seeing the two sad excuses for sandwiches I brought in today, the entire office laughed, one even saying 'that looks personal'. C'mon. I don't need you to be even be nice when I come in. Just give the basic money-to-quality product transaction.
