The room was spacious and the rate was reasonable. While there were a couple of minor issues—the TV didn’t connect despite following the instructions, and the bathroom sink drained slowly—it was still a decent place to stay for the night. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was simple, but it met our needs.

I gave a three for the rooms, but in reality the room was clean and nice but the hall carpet on the 3rd floor needs to be changed out. Wrinkles and torn up. The hotel could use an update too. Very convenient to places to eat and shop.

Great room for our short stay. They allow dogs which is always a plus in my books. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. They offer a workout room, which I didn't use. The location was perfect also. Close to the freeway for easy jump on and jump off. The breakfast was perfect for a quick bite to give us energy before heading out.

Had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites! The complimentary buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day, and I appreciated the on-site business center, gym, and indoor swimming pool. The location is excellent—right across from Target, Trader Joe’s, PCC, and several restaurants. It’s also within walking distance to the downtown core and a nearby botanical garden, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Comfortable and convenient!

This place has hidden fees. Never have I ever had to pay for parking at a hotel. It was also not explicitly mentioned to us that this would be included in our billing which is misleading. Had it been mentioned I would’ve taken less issue. Also they charge for internet. First hotel I’ve ever stayed at that charged for both parking and high speed internet. These are amenities that should be included and are included at most other hotels. Based on principle alone I would never stay here again, as I do not want to encourage hotels to charge for things that are almost always included elsewhere.

Really enjoyed the short stay, very near Bellevue square and target department store is next door. Good breakfast options and nice gym.

I don't understand why is there a $50 charge for parking.
Also USB charging ports should be standard these days, for every rooms.

I’ve stayed here multiple times this year due to me traveling for appointments. Every front desk employee I’ve interacted with has always been kind and accommodating. Rooms are clean and large. Even though it’s close to a busy part of town/freeway it’s not too noisy. Breakfast is always clean and well stocked.

My husband and i are regular guests at this hotel since a few years ago. We love the location, and front desk staff are friendly and helpful. One of the senior staffs (i couldn't remember her name/latina lady), always happy to see us and she remember my husband (Mr. J) because he's a Diamond member. We always had a pleasant stay over here.
I want to highlight something regarding our recent stayed.

Never in my experience with Hilton, i encountered a torn bath towel. It really looked horrible. Here I attached a pictures and video for the reference. I hope the management highlight this matter to the housekeeping department.
I still give 5 stars because i'm still satisfied with other aspects.

Poor customer service from AM shift. Toilet wasn’t working properly and they did not warn us that the pool was not working properly, water was so cold! The whole point why we booked here. Other than that. Location is great and quiet but after this visit we will take our family elsewhere where
