Despite the quietness of the surrounding stores, Hermes was bustling on both floors. It wasn't shoulder to shoulder, but there were people all around looking and trying on items. The top floor had men's shoes, housewares, and decor. The first floor was where the famous handbags and women's shoes were located. We were greeted by an associate who was very friendly. For bags, she said she had a variety of HER bags, none of which my wife was interested in.This is a great location to check out for Hermes products as it is in an affluent area and not traffic-jammed with people.

Not only my SA, Rommel who has been nothing but amazing and helpful, but the rest of the staffs are also very nice, friendly and will keep checking on me when I arrive early for my appointment. The store has 2 stories, a bit on the smaller end compares to Honolulu, NY, Vegas etc but they are pretty stocked up. If they don’t have have what you want, they always offer free shipping and help you order it. I love how my SA always carefully wraps up everything so nicely for me, takes his time to educate me about different leathers, and most importantly not pushy at all. I don’t always get what I want, especially during Covid when their stocks were low but every time I visited the store, I always had fun.

I shopped for around 6 months~ spend over 26k~ and never got any quota bag offered even tho I clearly love the brand and have been and Hermès client in Mexico City for years before I move to the US. Unfortunately at the same time it seems that they have no stock and they don’t really seem to care unless you are a client that probably spends triple of that? I would suggest going to California or Las Vegas instead where they always have stock and have been incredibly nice to me even now with a brand new account. That being said all SAs in Bellevue are extremely amazing very professional and kind! They always made me feel welcomed.

Contrary to some other reviews stating that the sales associates were unwelcoming, my experience at this store was quite the opposite. I visited on a Friday afternoon and was pleasantly greeted by every sales associate, who all seemed eager to help me. It's worth noting that the low stock issue seems to be the same across all Hermes locations, so there isn't much to be said on that front.I highly recommend getting to know your sales associate, as it can increase your chances of making a purchase at this store.Tips: Enter from the 2nd level as the ground level is exit only.

My husband and I were shopping at the Bravern and decided to browse Hermes, from the moment we walked in the customer service was horrendous. We were told that my husband and I were not allowed to browse separately, and one of their service representatives followed much too closely constantly asking us questions, Which wouldn’t bother me had his tone not suggested we didn’t “look” like we belong there, Instead of letting us shop. I felt like they were following us around expecting us to run off with something…This is Bellevue not Seattle.Dealerships have more decorum for the shopping experience. They lost business yesterday, we took our money to the other designers who allowed us to browse and enjoy our experience.

Wife bought a belt bucket and it showed signs of rust within a year. Very poor quality. My biggest disappointment is they took 6+ months to fix it and charged a lot for the fix. Very very bad quality.

This location had NO women’s handbag except for one on display! Don’t waste your time here they don’t have anything. Sales associate didn’t even try to be welcoming like other luxury stores in the area. I came in ready to make a purchase but was surprised at the lack of customer service. Most of the SA were busy talking amongst each other. SA barely tried making any sales.

Terrible customer service. I bought a bag and some shoes in Paris while I was on a trip this fall that I love. We had a great experience there. I was looking forward to coming in here and potentially picking up a year and gift for myself. The moment we walked in, the impression they made was poor. Awful customer service. Made me feel like they wanted nothing more than for us to leave. Super rude associate. And then he proceeded to follow us around the store like we were going to steal something. I know how it works. I know for certain bags you need an appointment. I know there is a waiting list for things. But give me a break. Don't be a jerk. I would have gladly dropped thousands of dollars in your store, but happily went to Louis Vuitton instead. Will never come back. One star experience. Maybe more star because they do have great products.

The best customer service!! I had an exchange to do which in my experience with luxury brands is always stressful, but by far this was the easiest exchange I’ve ever had at any store, luxury or not. Wennie is the best sales assistance!

The worst experience I've ever had! The staff was so rude and unprofessional! Asked for a clemence evelyne purse and SA told me there is no such thing. Then I see another SA selling one! When I pointed this out I was told that they stopped making those 2 years and this one was on hold for the customer. I said, so you guys have held a purse for two years? upon that she said there is a waiting list. I asked to join the list but then was told it's a long process and I have to know the color and style, I told her I know the color and style I want. I was then told to wait and she walked over to the other SA, came back, and said the purse was sold. I was so confused and in awe of what was going on. I then asked to be put on the waiting list, and her reply was that she needed to help someone else (I had been waiting for 25 minutes) who had just walked in, and she could put me on the list afterwards. I then asked to speak to a manager, who first tried justifying the SA's behavior, then finally admit to her being unprofessional, and I was told that a new SA would reach out to me in two days who would then place me on the waitlist. And here we are 2 weeks later without anyone reaching out. Sadly, you can't place an order online due to inventory issues, so you have to either deal with the rude staff or go somewhere else.

This facility was absolutely beautiful, in its simplicity and elegance. Linda, our sale host was a wonderful help, informing us with the latest products and brand news. As far as products go, the oversized mens coats and Hermés signature scarves was a show stopper for me! Absolutely divine!

While the sales associates do not have too be extremely friendly, they are borderline rude. It almost seems like they want you to have a bad time and leave asap. Would rather go to a different Hermes anywhere else.
