Service isn’t good but I’m used to it. I’ve never met a nice Hermes SA. They’re trained to be snobbish so I guess they’re doing their job!! lol Just buy what u like and don’t count on service you’ll be ok.

Shopping in this store is a treat. I have been fortunate to have met a lovely SA Elisa that is honest, kind, and amazing to work with. Her service is more than 5 stars. I will continue to shop at this location and make the trip up here because of the wonderful customer service I have received. I appreciate her suggestions and input in finding things that fit my needs/lifestyle.

Where to begin. I have done some shopping at this store since it opened. The service has never been stellar, but I assumed they were following their French colleagues who also deliver subpar service. I needed to exchange soap I was given to soap I preferred. Same price. Same size. The only difference was fragrance. They refused. It was all in the original packaging with a receipt. They refused. They said it was because it had been several months since it was purchased. I do not live on the East Side and The Bravern has always been a pain to shop in. And I could understand their argument had it been about the scarves. They are time sensitive. But soap? That probably is already a year old? Buyer Beware: Your needs will be coming last at this store.

It's a nice location for shopping.However I think they should diversify their staff. Hire a black or Hispanic person. Or hire more "sophisticated Asians"It's quite uncomfortable coming to shop and only seeing "unsophisticated Asian women"I don't like being subjected to their "group think" as it doesn't take into account my sophistication.

I’ve been to this location twice now. Some of the SA overlooked me but SA Elisa actually took the time to help even though I had my children with me. She was very kind to me and them which made the experience so great.

Very bad experience. I entered the store with my husband looking for shoes for me and him. An Asian lady mid 30 helped me I'm sorry I don't remember her name. She took me down stairs and was so rude! I was looking for Oran in 2 tons. She said it's last season - what is a lie they are on the website and I saw them in Las Vegas last week. I ask to try 2 different style and she was so lazy to bring my size she had the nerve to tell me to try the one on display that was size 10 and I'm size 6 !!!!!She kept asking if I'm taking the shoes and I wanted to go to my husband who was in man section. She told me let's finish with you first you need to decide. Like who is she to posh me to decide when I want to go to my husband ? He didn't get to try what he wanted because she didn't let go of me. I left the store so upset and I will definitely not purchase in this location ever!!!!! Good this I fly to los angels once a month they are way more nicer.Big big mistake she is definitely not Hermes qualified and I wish I remembered her name to complain.

Bought a pair of sandals today and returned a gift. Experience was not pleasant. My sale person smiled zero times and had a bit of attitude. Not one nice word/greeting/thank you for you purchase/ enjoy your purchase/have a nice day came out of her mouth. The customer service was lacking big time, which is unfortunate for the brand. If you want good experience shop online.

Yvonne was my SA, she was really helpful and quite understanding when i kept going back and forth between sizes to make sure i was comfortable with the size i went with.I went in not expecting much because of some of the reviews i had read but she changed my mind (:There was another SA who was slightly rude, i was paying for my item and immediately after i was done paying, she brought her customer over to pay for their item; not even giving me enough time to put my card away before i had to be scooted over. She should have waited but anyway… 5 stars for Yvonne!

I shopped for around 6 months~ spend over 26k~ and never got any quota bag offered even tho I clearly love the brand and have been and Hermès client in Mexico City for years before I move to the US. Unfortunately at the same time it seems that they have no stock and they don’t really seem to care unless you are a client that probably spends triple of that? I would suggest going to California or Las Vegas instead where they always have stock and have been incredibly nice to me even now with a brand new account. That being said all SAs in Bellevue are extremely amazing very professional and kind! They always made me feel welcomed.

Despite the quietness of the surrounding stores, Hermes was bustling on both floors. It wasn't shoulder to shoulder, but there were people all around looking and trying on items.The top floor had men's shoes, housewares, and decor. The first floor was where the famous handbags and women's shoes were located.We were greeted by an associate who was very friendly. For bags, she said she had a variety of HER bags, none of which my wife was interested in.This is a great location to check out for Hermes products as it is in an affluent area and not traffic-jammed with people.

Not only my SA, Rommel who has been nothing but amazing and helpful, but the rest of the staffs are also very nice, friendly and will keep checking on me when I arrive early for my appointment. The store has 2 stories, a bit on the smaller end compares to Honolulu, NY, Vegas etc but they are pretty stocked up. If they don’t have have what you want, they always offer free shipping and help you order it. I love how my SA always carefully wraps up everything so nicely for me, takes his time to educate me about different leathers, and most importantly not pushy at all. I don’t always get what I want, especially during Covid when their stocks were low but every time I visited the store, I always had fun.

Contrary to some other reviews stating that the sales associates were unwelcoming, my experience at this store was quite the opposite. I visited on a Friday afternoon and was pleasantly greeted by every sales associate, who all seemed eager to help me. It's worth noting that the low stock issue seems to be the same across all Hermes locations, so there isn't much to be said on that front.I highly recommend getting to know your sales associate, as it can increase your chances of making a purchase at this store.Tips: Enter from the 2nd level as the ground level is exit only.
