Unfortunately, they wasted a lot of our time. We were told that Sung specialized in accounts with multi-year filings. We went in, but his schedule was packed for the week. We selected his next opening which was a little over a week later.
On 3/24 I left work early to make it to our 4:00pm appt. We were almost there, and received a phone call telling us that Sung's current appt. was running a bit long and we'd be starting 25-30 minutes later. We said that was fine, ran an errand, and arrived at 4:30. We were greeted with an awkward laugh and told he was still working. I was a bit disappointed, but suggested I take a quick run to FedEx and come back. They agreed this would work and asked my husband to wait there in case Sung finished and could start.
After I shipped my package, I headed back. After I'd parked, my husband texted that Sung had just finished with the appointment that had tun into ours. I thought...great, perfect timing!
I noticed my husband was sitting in a different cubicle. Sung came and informed me that his next appointment was there, so he was passing us over to Eun. I was confused and asked why we weren't meeting with him, the person we set our appointment with, waited all week, and an additional hour after our appointment to see. There was no answer, he just wanted to help the Asian family who had come in after us. Upon hearing me question not being able to see him, Eun folded up our papers and forced them into his hand and said she didn't want to work with us. I told her it was no offense to her, he just told us that this was his specialty and we had waited to see him. He said that Eun specialized in the same thing, but again she said she didn't want to work with us.
At this point we decided that it would probably be best to find a company with better customer service. It's nice to read that some have had good experiences, however it's the not so pleasant reviews that I related to, because unfortunately my experience was less than pleasant and in fact downright rude.

The location is closed and the website said it would be in person. The information is misleading. It was a bad experience.
