I had a great experience with Jackson Hewitt and Rosary. They were very thorough in tax filing and did due diligence on all the documents. Additionally, on providing the promotional codes for tax prep fees they promised to honor the code and make adjustments to the filing fees.

Wanted a second pair of eyes on a letter I received from the IRS about unreported RSU sales - got an appointment a couple of days later, and Jesus was able to explain exactly what the situation was, as well as how to best respond. Great customer service, and an easy/painless experience overall.

Just to file a simple federal tax return is $299 and goes up from there! Don't do it!@! Too many other places that are easily more reasonable. Their prices are ridiculous avoid them at all cost!

Rosary was my tax preparer, and it was an outstanding interaction. Rosary was very knowledgeable and courteous. Rosary explained everything in detail to me, and she was patient. I didn’t feel rushed, and all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend Rosary.

Rosary was awesome! She was so efficient and kind while filing my taxes! This was my first time going to Jackson Hewitt as my last tax person is unavailable. I will definitely be using them next year!!!
