Todd is quite a craftsman, we are very happy with our auto seat repair! My leather driver’s seat was torn and cracking on the bottom, and the cushion was squished down. He replaced the lower panel and steamed the cushion back to life. It looks great!

From the time we stepped in the store we were greeted. Browsed around. Went back and forth to the other store. Found a piece in both stores

Have a 25 year old Toyota Land cruiser. Bought some after market seats from Landcruiser Heaven and had Jimmy's install. They upgraded my seat warmer and the we end product was as if I ordered new OEM seats from Japan. Super pleased and ready for another 25 years of use.

Had my center console lid redone on my 07 Acura RDX. The vinyl was completely ripped from years of wear and tear. Jimmy’s upholstery got the job done and went above and beyond and redid the lid in leather and it turned out amazing quality! Thank you Jimmy’s Upholstery! I will be coming back for my future needs!

They did a pretty good job on my car's seat, looks clean, like new. The color is not perfect, but it happens with repairs after accidents, like a body shops. I would recommend

I had my headliner replaced on my Range Rover Sport. Jimmy’s did a fantastic job. They matched the material and did a flawless job with the install. Looks like it is OEM.

I had brought my BMW X3 in with significant damage to my back seat. Restoring it to its original state would have been extremely costly and time consuming, but they said they could try to find a gently used back seat to replace it at a fraction of the repair price. I eagerly awaited a call-back to find out if they had been able to find a replacement seat, and decided to call again to find out. Apparently, they had been super busy, but expressed a great deal of regret to have kept me waiting. When I was able to bring my car in, they did everything to do a perfect job, even had to spend extra time to fix something that wasn't initially visible. I did not see any added charges for the extra work they had to do. I have no doubt that they are sincerely doing the best they can to make a customer happy.

I stopped by with no appointment and three guys dropped everything to fix a broken seat zipper and get me back on my way in 15 minutes.

Had a similar experience as one of the other reviewers. Had a floating headliner that I wanted to be removed and put a non floating headliner in my SUV. Previous owner had put it in when they added an aftermarket sunroof. Went to another reputable car upholstery shop and they said they couldn’t attach the headliner but they could replace it and try to tighten it up as much as they could without it being too tight quote was right around $500. Went to Jimmys and they said it would be very difficult but that they did another like it and it came out flawless that it would cost over $1k and they would need it about 2-3 days. I agreed and borrowed a family friends spare car. I gave them a week with the car (5 business days) Over that week I kept calling and texting on progress and everything seemed to be going as planned according to them. I texted the day of pickup and they said it wouldn’t be ready until closing (thought odd but okay what can I do?) the whole week one of the workers kept saying this project is a nightmare etc over and over again (not what you want to hear as a owner of your car) when I get there at closing that day he shows me a mangled mess of a headliner explaining why the board wasn’t even attached above and wires hanging down from the ceiling. I nearly had a heart attack I felt helpless. He promised they would make it right and to bring it to them the following week and leave it there a week again. I had no other choice no other shop would touch this mess they created. Had to ask to borrow the spare car again and drive from Renton to Bellevue yet again. This next week was not as pleasant I was on top of them everyday asking for progress photos, one of the workers ive been texting and calling kept saying how much of a nightmare everything was and getting upset at me for not being satisfied and how I would never be satisfied so to come pick up my car and take it somewhere else. Ended up with me telling them to just put it back the way I brought it there two weeks ago and he was rude and condescending the whole week, when I get there he doesn’t even talk to me and they turn around and charge me $800 to put it back the way it came to them since they said it took two labor hour weeks. In the end they did a good job putting it back the way I brought it there and I told them that after I left through email (I was too furious when picking it up to talk to them) but honestly they don’t care about your time, money or treating you like a respected customer. If there had been better communication and honesty from day one it might have been a different outcome. There are so many other shops around and I chose places based on reviews which is why I felt the need to write this one to save someone else...
