Visited both Tukwila and Bellevue showroom. Bellevue tended towards more expensive furnitures as compared to Tukwila. Ended up buying a couple of furnitures. The service at the store as well as delivery was great.

We got a custom sectional over a year ago, and the quality is extremely disappointing. The fabric already looks extremely worn out. At this price point, I was expecting something much better quality. Very very disappointed.

Outstanding customer service. We had our new sideboard delivered last Friday. The delivery crew noted some issues with it and took photos. The Bellevue Manager rang me in the afternoon and said they would replace it. We had some time constraints to work around but the delivery was arranged for the next morning. The new sideboard arrived first thing and was perfect. Both delivery crews were efficient and courteous. Well done Kasala.

I've never ended up ordering anything from this store, but it's got some really interesting pieces. What's on the website is surreal across their outlet locations and stores, so I didn't always get to see or sit on any of the furniture pieces I was interested in. One of representatives (didn't get his name) was pretty helpful and explained how particular pieces were made (if you really care about the process/quality).

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Kasala. The staff are professional, knowledgable, and helped me pick everything out for my new place. The quality has always been worth the price in my experience too. I’ll be back if I ever need anything else. Also, I highly suggest the white-glove delivery. The team was attentive and very efficient.

Kasala is a locally-owned business, and in my experience their furniture is excellent quality for the asking price. I've had several Kasala items over the years, and they've all held up very well. My experience with their customer service team has also been great - I jammed up my fold-out coffee table and they came out the next day to fix it for free. That's not something you'll get from a larger national brand.If you're tired of living with manufactured junk from Ikea, this is the place to start. I would not recommend West Elm or any of the other overpriced larger brands versus what Kasala has to offer, especially if you're from the Seattle area and want to support a quality local business.

I would give a 5-star for the design and quality of the furniture and a 4-star for most of the white glove delivery service, but I think 3 is the most that I can provide based on my recent experience.We moved into our new home recently and put in a large order with Kasala for our new furniture. It required a few deliveries due to back-ordered items, and one of the delivery guys who has been here twice wasn’t polite for today’s delivery. He was unhappy and impatient for some reason, even when we were offering for help (there were quite a few large pieces of furniture and we thought we could help because they are heavy), but also had that annoyed face the entire time and even pretty much threw the floor lamp plug to the floor with that face and left my husband to connect it to the rest part of it at the end of the delivery.When he was wrapping up all order details with my husband, he didn’t let my husband finish but walked away while my husband was saying thank you.Everyone has a tough day sometimes, but I would recommend some more employee training so they handle things more professionally.

We love getting furniture from Kasala and will continue to do so. We get tons of compliments for our new Marcus chairs and Carlyle sectional - all are great additions to our home. Looking forward to the next piece!

Heard good things about the quality of Kasala. Bought a black leather recliner loveseat. Had to wait 9 months for it. It arrived and within 2 weeks, one side just collapsed while I was sitting in it watching TV. Called for repair which happened a couple days later. Informed at that time that a “support bolt” had severed somehow. The repair guys did an ok patch job but the loveseat is not level and frankly I don’t think it would handle a move well. Should’ve spent that $2200 elsewhere. Not worth the price or downtime.

I will NEVER shop anything from Kasala going forward. I bought a couch for $4k in Sept 1st week and was told it would be delivered by end of Sept. Well, its almost end of Nov and holiday season coming up and I still do not have my couch. Absolutely, zero communication about the delays and I have had to call 5 times in the last few months to figure out the status of my order. There just seems to be no end to this! Every time I call, no one knows what's the status of delivery and keep saying its sitting at Port of Seattle for the last month waiting to clear customs and I should expect the shipment any day. Utterly Ridiculous customer service and zero accountability!!

Excellent service! We bought a recliner from them several months ago and the plug that goes into the power socket just broke, they sent someone with a replacement plug within 24 hrs.. smooth!
